Today we have a very special guest with us, Olivia Young! It's so lovely to see you again, how have you been?

It's so good to be back, I've been really good, thank you!
( smiles )

You're currently doing press for your new movie Descendants right?

Yes I am, finally. They had to postpone it a little bit because I was busy filming for another film so I'm glad I'm finally done with that and I can promote this one.

You mentioned earlier that you play identical twins on the show Liv and Maddie. Does that ever get confusing?

It did a lot in the beginning but it's become a little more like second nature now.

Do you have a favourite twin?

A favourite twin to play? I mean I like Maddie because she gets to wear sweats a lot but I feel like Liv is a little more my pace in terms of energy.

When you was handed the script, was you excited or scared to be playing twins?

I actually didn't know I was playing twins for a very long time, I was playing a completely different character at first but they called me up one day and was like 'hey so your show was picked up and now you're playing twins. see you monday' and I was so terrified! I thought I was going to throw up.
( laughs )

Your ex-boyfriend was on the show? Correct, so was you already together before or did you get together during filming?

Once we met on the show.

And how was that working with him? I couldn't imagine working with my boyfriend that much.

I actually liked it more.

You did?!

Yeah! I mean I think that it actually kept us closer, seeing each other all the time.

But you two are no longer together, is that right?

That is, we broke up a couple months ago.

Was it a mutual breakup or was it one sided?

Yeah...it was mutual, we though it was the best for us.

Are you still friends or...?
