Just then lightning struck the mast of the ship. Everyone started screaming as a small fire started on the mast all the men started getting buckets of water to try and put the fire out but it started getting bigger... & bigger... & even bigger!
"Angel ! Are you okay?" Lilly shouted above the screams.
"Y-yeah I'm fine" said Angelina tears rolling down her face out of pure fear. Thoughts ran through her mind: sharks, drowning, death. Angelina felt dizzy, hot, confused, anxious.
"You okay Angelina?" Lilly persisted
"Y-yeah, l-like I said. I'm f-fine..." Angelina stuttered, wiping the tears away from her pale white face.
"Hmm... well ok... but just know you can tell me anything ok..." Lilly said reassuringly.
"Mm I know..." said Angel
Suddenly the mast started to fall over! Everyone ran out of its path as the blazing wood tumbled down.
CRASH! It went as it hit the solid wood making a big dent and breaking a hole.
Lilly & Angelina clung to each other while Rose & Angelina's dad Teddy clung to them.
Tears rolled down Rose's face.
"M-mum? Whats wrong! Are you okay?" Lilly asked worryingly.
"I sh-should of n-never took y-you on this sh-ship!!!" Rose sobbed.
"No no no! Mum this has been these have been the best weeks of my life!" Lilly reassured her.
"No! B-because I knew that this w-would happen! The water s-seems to hate us!" Rose stammered between sobs.
Lilly gave Rose a huge hug what seemed to calm her down a bit.
"Hey are you alright Miss Lighthouse." Teddy asked.
"Y-yeah I think..." sniffed Rose.
And Teddy gave Rose a cuddle, while secretly Lilly & Angelina were shipping it.
