Growing up in a culture that is telling you constantly that you are not beautiful, that you are not as pretty as the rest, that you'll never be gorgeous, let me be the one to tell you that you are beautiful, that you are prettier than the rest and that you already are gorgeous.
The concentration of melanin in your skin is not what defines your value as a human being, it is not what defines you as a woman and it does not reflect your worth.
Brush off the people that say otherwise, you are a beautiful goddess, why should what others say bother you?
