Alright, I know that I haven't updated in months, and I know you guys hate me for it. I kinda hate myself for it too. But from now on, I will try to work on this book once a while in my free times. But the good news is, I read a lot of books, so I think my writing skills improved. Also, I think I'll be canceling 'A New Start', but I don't know. I'll try to make up for not updating awhile.

As Alpha went to see the painting on the wall, The Lion Guard went to talk about something.

Alpha looked at the paintings on the wall and noticed that some paintings were about him.

As Alpha continued to watch the paintings, Rafiki approached him.

"Some interesting things have happened in the past, yes?" A voice called, making Alpha look at Rafiki.

"Um... yeah. Some interesting stuff... Are all these paintings about me?" Alpha asked.

"Some of them are, yes. But the others are what happened to your best friends." Rafiki said.

"What happened to them?" Alpha asked, making Rafiki raise an eyebrow at him.

"You will never know the truth until you decide to accept the true fact."

"What do you mean?" Alpha asked, confused by what Rafiki said.

"Lead to conclusions, and you lead to confusion," Rafiki said, making Alpha more confused.

"What are you a fortune cookie?!" Alpha said, frustrated by Rafiki's sayings.

"You know what happened to them, Alpha. You just don't want to accept the fact of what happened." Rafiki said, chuckling as he walked away.

Alpha sighed as he remembered what happened to his former best friends.

"Hey, Uncle Al. What were you and Rafiki talking about?" Kion asked as he walked over the Alpha.

"Kion, I actually know what happened to Malka, Tojo, and Chumvi," Alpha said suddenly.

"What? You do?" Kion asked.

"Yeah."

"Would you mind telling us?" Kion asked as he referred to the Lion Guard.

"No, I don't mind. I guess it's time for you guys to know the truth." Alpha said, sighing.

And so, The Lion Guard gathered around Alpha to listen to th truth.

"So, you wanted to tell us the truth, Alpha?" Beshte asked.

"Yeah. You see after I got banished from this place, another lion from another pride rescued me and raised me. They adopted me and were really kind to me. But then, Malka, Tojo, and Chumvi came to see me once. I was surprised. Tojo and Chumvi were happy to see me again, but Malka was still mad at me for injuring him. But I talked to Malka, and he forgave me, and we all became friends again.

But then, I guess bad luck always happens to me since we got into a big fight again. But this time, Malka was the one that messed up. I guess still had some anger in him for me, so he made me fall off some cliff while racing. I was lucky that I survived, but I got angry of course and fought with him." Alpha said.

"Woah! What happened next?" Bunga asked as this was some kind of a movie.

"I hurt Malka again in that fight, so then Malka teamed up with this another lion and his friends who I didn't like and swore revenge on me..." Alpha said, sighing.

"What happened then? I mean, what happened to the lions who adopted you and raised you?" Fuli asked.

"Well, the pride I was in got in a war with this other pride, and my parents told me to run away to be safe, so I did. I went back there to the pride while later once the war was over, and it turned out that they died..." As Alpha said that, The Lion Guard felt bad for what happened to Alpha.

"What did you do after your parents died?" Fuli asked again.

" I pretty much lived traveling between pride and places stuff I guess. So I know a lot of different prides and lions I know of." Alpha answered.

"Oh! Then have you seen snows!? They're so soft really fun!" Bunga said, making Alpha chuckle.

"Yeah, I have," Alpha replied.

"Can we ask one more last question?" Ono asked.

"Yeah, sure," Alpha said.

"Why did you change your name from Kopa to Alpha?" Kion asked.

"Oh, well, my parents made a nickname for me which was Alpha, and everyone used to call me by that name. So then, ever since my parents died, I wanted everyone to call me by that name so that I won't ever forget them." Alpha answered.

"That's actually pretty deep," Bunga said.

"Yeah, I guess," Alpha said with a chuckle.

"Well, now that the sad talk is over, I think we should go patrol the Pridelands now," Bunga said as the others agreed and went out the lair to patrol.

OK, so I guess this makes up for not updating for forever, right? I gave you so many answers! xD But since I didn't update for so long, I know that no one will really read this story anymore...well it's my fault for not updating. For the people who actually read this chapter, and hopefully read my future chapters, thank you so much! I will update it soon again, so don't worry!
