Chapter 18: Um...

Room 17: Beyond's P.O.V

I was having the best sleep in my life, until I woke up. There was a strange noise coming from somewhere. I sat up to look around the room, everyone was sleeping. That's weird... I got out of bed and went out of the room. In the hallway, I found Jeff, Ino, and Sebastian out of bed. "You guys heard it too?" They all nodded.

"It sounds like someone... Eating." Ino said, confused.

Angie came outside. "Do you guys know where Mello is? He's not in his bed." Then, everyone heard a rustle. There was a closet down the hall.

"Shit, someone killed Mello and the killer is in the closet." Jeff muttered. Rip... Crunch... Rip... Crunch...

"Seems to be a cannibal too." Ino added.

"I'll go check." Sebastian said, heading toward the closet. He slowly opened the door and... Found Mello inside. Only, he wasn't dead. He was eating chocolate. "Please do explain why you're eating chocolate?"

"I couldn't sleep." Mello said, mouth full of chocolate.

"Aw! This was a waste! I was sleeping so good! Damn you to hell Mello!" I shouted. I heard Angie and Ino laughing behind me.

"Peasants, do keep it down." Alois came out of his room.

"Shut up!" Jeff yelled.

"Well, it is what I wanted you to do." Alois smirked.

"That's it!" Jeff sped walked to Alois, but Angie held him back.

"Jeff, calm down!" Angie said, trying with all he might to hold him back.

"Alois, go back in the room. Angie will meet you there." Ino said.

"I'm not your pet, nor a child." He replied.

"Excuse me?"

Meanwhile, back in room 17... Nobody's P.O.V

Jada sat up, carefully this time. "The hell is that?" She whispered.

"Just go to sleep, they can handle it on their own." Ciel whispered from above. Jada gasped, not knowing he was awake.

"Oh sorry, did I wake you?" Jada asked.

"No not at all... Do you want to sleep up here? You might fall asleep better."

"Oh... Sure, thanks." Jada climbed up to the top bunk and laid down next to Ciel. She turned his back to him and he wrapped an arm around her, so they were in a spooning position. Jada fell asleep quickly, with a smile on her face.

Back to the hallway: Angie P.O.V

I held Jeff back some more. "Alois, just go back in the room." I heard Beyond say.

"No!" He shot back.

"Alois, I... Can't... Hold him back... Any... Ugh!... Longer." I struggled to say.

He looked at me with sorry filled eyes. "Only for you Angie, none of them." He turned and went inside the room. Jeff was finally pulled away from me by Sebastian.

"God Jeff, you need to settle down!" I said.

"How's he going to sleep in the same room with Alois?" Ino asked. "You should sleep with him, Angie."

"That's a bit weird..." I said.

"Go ahead, so that Jeff can't kill him. He would have to kill you too, and he knows that Jada will put some spell on him if he even lays a finger on you." Ino smiled.

"Alright, I'll go." I left into the room and found Alois awake. "I must sleep with you. Jeff is coming in here soon and we don't want him hurting you."

"That's nice... Thanks." Alois said as I sat down. I awkwardly lay down next to him and turn inwards to him, not even aware of what I was doing. He giggled and wrapped me in a tight hug, and we fell asleep like that, while the others went back into their rooms and fell asleep.
