Your POV
I waited anxiously pacing around the small cabin. Shouto left about an hour ago to bring his mother back.
Trust me I tried to go with him. After a while of arguing I gave up. I wasn't winning a fight against Shouto.
Shouto was strong sure, but can he really beat the entire league of villains on his own!? I also know I wouldn't be much help, but I'm better than nothing!
Oh well. For now, I'll I can do is hope.
Shouto's POV
I felt a siren pain in my stomach as a knife was slashed at me. This fight had been going on for to long. My stamina was running low.
At first, it was just me, Tomura and Kurogiri. After a while Tomura called in he's under-links. I was completely outnumbered, easily by ten.
"Shouto!" I heard my mother yell from behind the same bars she was before.
I bit my lip to comfort the pain from everywhere else in my body.
"Shouto please leave!"
"Mother! I can't leave you to die." I yelled, using my fire to push some of them back.
"If you continue like this were all going to die!"
As much as I didn't want to leave her she was right. If I went on like this me, mother and (Y/n) would be killed. I need to go back think of a better plan.
"Mother I'll be back. I promise!" With that, I broke down the door with my ice and ran.
"Shouto you have three days till your mother dies! Don't keep me waiting." I heard Tomura yell before I crawled into the alleyways out of sight.
I will be back.
Your POV
I was staying warm by the fire when I heard the door burst open making me jump.
My eyes widened as I saw a frail Shouto stumble through the door.
"Shouto!" I ran to catch him. Rapping his right arm around me I took him to the bed and helped him lie down.
He had several bruises and cuts that weren't that bad. The thing that concerned me was the giant slash on his stomach.
"Shouto, what happened!" My voice was panicked.
"You were right. They overpowered me. I couldn't do it alone." He took deep breaths.
I ran to the bathroom and grabbed the first aid kit. I got to treating his wounds and his stomach. I stopped the bleeding and wrapped up his stomach.
I know it wasn't the time, but I couldn't help blushing madly seeing him without his shirt on.
"Trust me I look better when I'm not beat up." He smirked.
That only made the blushing worse.
After I had finished he was already fast asleep.
I know what he did to me. I know that I shouldn't be helping him. But I remember what a kind person he was. It's not me to just leave someone in pain. So I won't.
I stayed by his bed on an armchair and ended up falling asleep myself.
Time skip~
I felt something warm touch my hand as my eyes slowly opened.
Once my vision cleared I found myself asleep on a chair beside Shouto in his room.
His hand was gently placed on my palm. I blushed madly and softly took my hand back. I got up to go make breakfast.
After just about finishing up with everything I heard movement behind me. I turned around to see a sleepy Shouto rubbing his eyes in the doorway.
"Shouto! You shouldn't be walking around." I walked up to him and placed my hand on his forehead.
His eyes widened and he blushed lightly.
"I heal fast. I'm fine don't worry." He didn't feel feverish so I went back to cooking.
After I was done we sat at the table and ate.
"Thank you for everything (Y/n)." He looked at me with sympathy.
"Your welcome. Do you have a plan to go back for your mother?" I questioned standing up taking the dishes.
"Yes. I just need someone to keep Tomura's under-links of me. I can take care of him and Kurogiri."
I placed the dishes in the sink and started washing them.
"And who is going to help you Shouto. Last time I checked the whole world only knows you as a cold-hearted villain."
"You are." His words made me drop the plate I was holding in the sink.
I spun around to face him. "Me?!?"
He nodded his head. "I'll train you personally."
I slapped my hand over my eyes. Not too long after they were gently removed by one hot hand and one cold.
"Don't worry. I wouldn't ask you to do something I didn't think you could do." He eyes were serious.
I have to do this. I owe Mrs. Todoroki. Not only that but being trained by Shouto! I can become so much stronger.
"Alright, I'll do it." He smiled gently.
"Great." He let go of my hands. "One more thing." He turned serious again. "We only have three days before they kill my mother."
"Three days for me to become strong enough to stand beside you!"
"We can do it. Please (Y/n) I can't save my mother alone."
I paused. Took a deep breath.
"Alright, Shouto. Three days."
And so the days began. Counting down the days to save Mrs. Todoroki. To take on the league of villains. Only if I would have none what spending all that time with Shouto would do. Then again... I wouldn't take any of it back.
