19 - Cake and kidnapping

You closed your eyes and decided that crying was pointless, all you could do was think . Your quirk was useless at the moment, but it would not hurt trying. Than a thought came to you 'what if he's still around, and this is a test of loyalty' you choked that thought and tried to focus on how you were going to escape.

about thirty minutes had passed and you still could not think of anything, when someone suddenly broke through the old house's door.

"(Y / n) are you here?"

The lights flickered on causing you to mentally scream, you were finally going to be let free from Shouto's ice handcuffs.

"O-over here, and dont mind me i got caught up in something!"

"Yeah a scandal, Todoroki flew past our place and grabbed a few things before dashing out the doors, I knew something was up when you were not with him."

"Yeah a scandal alright, uhm deku can you well uhh-"

"Ahh right, i'll be back hang tight okay!"

And there you were alone once again, but the loneliness didn't last long.

"Okay watch out!"

Deku came flying through the door with a hammer and started pounding at the ice, with a few tries and finally he managed to set me free. I leaned up off of the arm of the love seat and began to rub my wrists because they were cut off from blood flow.

"Thank you deku, now if you do not mind-"

"Ahh uhm yes okay right."

The green haired boy turned around and allowed you to get re-dressed, you could have swore you could here him mumbling about todoroki, but you did not really care.

"Deku lets go, I'm cold and I'm craving a piece of cake right now."

"Oh yeah okay."

You took the hammer from deku and carried it in your right hand, honestly you were pretty on edge at the moment and really did not want to be fucked with, not even in the slightest bit.

Your walk home with deku was boring more none the less, but you felt safe in his presence.

"Well, this is where we part (y / n), stay safe okay, and get me a piece of cake too next time you drop by okay!"

"Oh yeah i can actually just make a whole cake and drop it off for you and Ochaco to share, but if I do make sure she does not get a hold of it, she'll eat it all in one sitting."

i raised a finger and flashed him a goofy grin earning a little giggle from the green haired boy in response.

"Anyways get some rest Deku, I'll see you soon."

I waved him goodbye and continued my boring walk to the bakery almost forgetting to stop and get cake mix, I had to get extra because i thought to make a cake for deku and Ochaco, but I did not mind doing things for them, in all honesty i owe them my life.

you opened the door to the bakery and gently kicked off your shoe's, you took a large sniff and couldn't help but drown in the scent of sugary sweets and delectable drinks.

"Its been way too long."

You slouched your way to the  kitchen, and laid the bags of cake mix and eggs on top of the counter and ran your hands along the black marble lining an island in the center of your kitchen.

"Okay lets start!"

You opened the boxes and dumped the bags of mix out onto the counter, both cakes were going to be basic yellow ones with blue icing, your favorite, always since you were a child actually, but this isn't about your childhood, its about cake!

After mixing everything together you whipped out two metal cake tins and evened out the mix into each bowl, in the end you had enough to make cupcakes as well, but your a little tubby as it was so you decided not too. You had already preheated the oven so now, all you had to do was slip the tins of mix into the oven and let them bake.

You now had forty minutes to mess around, and honestly you didn't know what to do. You kept your house well maintained so there was no reason to clean, and dishes were done, oh you do need to catch up on your book!

you quickly ran into the back room of the bakery and grabbed a book with a smooth black leather cover off of the nearest table to the door,  you than made your way back to the kitchen and took a seat on the black marble counter.

"It's reading time."

You cracked open your book and began to read, but for some reason you couldn't concentrate, you kept reading the same lines over and over again or ended up zoneing out on a certain object in The kitchen.

"Uhghhhhhhhhhhh."

you hoped down from the counter and onto the checkered floor, you tilted your head up and stared at your ceiling and the first thing that came to your head was Shouto, you hated him so much, but something deep within you felt sympathy towards him. You closed your eyes and thought about tomura, but why tomura, why him,what does he have to do with any of this.

Your chin feel to a resting place before an small dinging sound sounded from the oven alerting you that the cakes were finished.

"Cake!"

You grabbed the oven kits off of the black marble island and placed them on your hand,  you than quickly scurried to the oven and turned off the timer. You gently opened the oven allowing the sweat sent of pastries to  flood your nostrils once more.

You reached to grab the cake but an arm reached in front of you and placed a white rag over top of your face.

"Remember me, well this time your not getting free."

You tossed off your oven mits and quickly began clawing at the hands over top of you mouth.

"Nrgh mpr-"

"SHUT UP."

Your arms dropped to your side and your eye lids began to grow heavy,

 owe how you loved...

i know that todoroki isn't this chapter, but dont worry he'll for surely be in the next, the only reason i wrote this tonight was because i got bored and scared lol anyways...
