JUST IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING this is NOT the story. The story is over. This is just an explanation of what was going on and why YOU ended up turning into a beast at the end. I figured people would be confused so ye just listen. So, the forest that you/the child walked into was a haunted/possessed weird kinda alien forest. It only appears one night, and that's halloween. Yep, this was halloween night when you wanted to go see your friend, but your friend apparently never got to see you and never will after that night. Once someone enters the forest, they need to get out quickly before the night ends, or they will be stuck in that endless forest until next halloween if they survive. So, the reason why people never escape the forest on the next halloween is because people need food to survive (and water which there is water hidden in the forest) So, they end up eating a creature from the forest sooner or later and the creatures are not from Earth. Once you eat one of the alien creatures you start to become a monster/alien yourself. So, once you become a monster you want to stay in that forest so you won't leave the next halloween. This unlucky child happened to be living near the place the forest appears. Get it now? Hopefully because I'm to lazy to explain again ^.^ I hope you people that read this story enjoyed it because this is my first full story I wrote. If you have something mean to comment then go for it!
