A/N : The media is what Lucy's apartment looks like. Her room and bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen, dining room, living room, her dad's room and bathroom and the kitchen are downstairs. Hopefully this adds a little more perspective.

My body shook slightly as my eyes fluttered open to the familiar face of Levy. I blinked a few times, allowing her face to focus fully in front of me. Her hands were placed on my shoulders, and with her face at this close proximity, I could tell that she was drained from the day's activities. I felt a sense of guilt rise into my stomach; She has been driving everyone around while I just slept in the back seat.

"Hey Lu we made it to your apartment. Get up, I just have to grab my stuff from the trunk." She moved out of my sight; I forgot that she was sleeping over at my place tonight.

I made my way out of the car, briefly checking my phone as I stretched my sore body. The time read 2:17am, and I had fifteen missed calls from my dad as well as a million texts. I am so screwed. I left my phone on silent for our tea ceremony and never turned it back on. He is probably waiting up for me.

I moved towards the trunk of the car and helped Levy gather up our bags for the night. We entered my apartment building, heading straight for the elevator because there was no way we were taking the stairs. Once I hit the button for the third floor, I leaned against the far wall and looked over to Levy.

"Hey just a warning, my dad has been trying to contact me so he will likely be really upset, sorry that this is how you will meet him" I said to her as my gaze slowly reached the floor. This is about to be really embarrassing.

We reached my floor and I lead her down the narrow hallway to apartment number 342. I looked at Levy and took in a sharp intake of breath as I slowly unlocked and opened the door. I peered into the dark room, preparing myself for my dad's wrath. I didn't spot him right away, so I quickly opened the door and moved aside to let Levy enter, putting my finger over my mouth to tell her to be quiet.

My goal was to enter the house as quietly as possible so that I didn't have to face my dad. We slipped off our shoes and scurried in the direction of my bedroom which was up the stairs to the loft part of the apartment. The stairs were on the complete opposite side of the room from the door and we had to pass by the short hallway where my dad's room was located.

The stairs creaked loudly as we went up them and I instantly heard the low-pitched squeak of my father's bedroom door opening. I froze mid step, too afraid to move any more and Levy stopped behind me as the lights to the living room were turned on and my dad was standing below us with his arms crossed and his slipper tapping on the cold linoleum floor.

"Well look who finally decided to show up." He said in a low tone as he looked up at me, menacingly, "Why didn't you answer my texts or calls?"

"I'm really sorry dad my phone was on silent and I was asleep for the car ride." I replied to him almost in a whisper.

"I am very disappointed in you Lucy but we will talk about this later, goodnight" With that, he turned and walked back to his room, leaving Levy and I in the dark apartment.

"Sorry about that Lev, let's head up and go to bed." I whispered to her and she nodded while she yawned.

"Lucy" I could faintly hear my name being whispered, "Lucy" there was something warm pushing on my shoulder. I shifted slightly, moving away from the warmth that was by my side as my eyes slowly opened. Levy's smiling face came into focus "Good morning sleepy head"
