Outta of Nowhere

Movie day?

After swimming we went back to my house and got a change of clothes and my car. We drove to his loft and I went upstairs to his bathroom and took a shower. I changed into Nike Pro shorts and a hoodie. I put my hair in a ponytail and went back downstairs.

"You wanna have a movie night? "

" Yeah I guess, but remember I got school in the morning. "

" Alright I will go pick out a movie and you can get the popcorn."

I nodded going pass him into the kitchen. He put his hand around my waist and stopped me. I looked at him and he gave me a quick kiss and went up the stairs. I got the popcorn and put it in the microwave. I sat on the counter and waited. I didn't realize Derek walked down until he walked between my legs and put his hands on my waist. I looked at him and he said,

" What's wrong? "

" Nothing just nothing. "

" Are you sure?"

"Yeah totally I think the swimming just made me tired."

He nodded. The microwave went off and he moved out the way. He got a bowl and put the popcorn in it. I got down off the counter and walked up to his room. I sat down on his bed and waited for him to walk back in. A few minutes later he walked in with popcorn, Sprite,  and whiskey. I could smell it and it was really strong. He handed me the Sprite.

" Thanks."

He sat the bowl down right beside me and turned off the lights and closed the door locking it. Why? I don't even know. He came back sitting by me and pressed play on the remote.

" What movie are we looking at? "

" It was on of your all time favorites when you where little. "

I thought about everything I liked when I was little. I remember always looking at Spongebob which i still do now, and Charlie Brown. The screen came on and it was Charlie Brown.  My favorite one when it was Christmas. Derek put the bowl in his lap and pulled me closer to him. When the movie was in the middle my eyes started to water because this was the last thing I ever watched with my parents the day they died. I wiped the tears away but more kept coming. I put my head down and Derek said,

" Leigh babe are you okay?"

" Yeah I'm fine."

I got off his bed running to the bathroom locking it behind me. I sat on the floor with my knees pulled up to my chest. Derek knocked on the door,

" Leigh open the door. "

He said softly. I didn't move I just sat there and cried. I heard the lock click and he walked in picking me up.

" Leigh what's wrong? "

I nodded my head and tried to get out of his grasp, but a sharp pain ran through my side and I let out a growl grabbing a hold to it. Derek grabbed my hand and moved up my hoodie. My side had turned a blue/black color.

"Leigh what is happening?"

" You know how I can have my wolf and human into a complete different person? Well the blood from being a wolf was to much for me as a human so I am bruising and it really hurts."

He picked me up and took me back in his room he laid me on his bed and took off my hoodie. He snuggled close to me and I slowly went to sleep.
