Unknown's POV

"Where is he?" I asked him, polishing my gun.

"I don't know sir"

"What do you mean you don't know?" I replied, looking up at him with a frown.

"W-we lost track becau-"

I instantly took my gun out and shot him.

Thea's POV

There was exactly a week left. A week until I would finally get back to my sisters.

I was helping the man who kidnapped my sister's to kill the man who killed my mother.

A part of me says that he deserves it but on the other hand, taking part in this murder plan made me no better than him.

I've never felt safe anywhere. The thought of ever coming across my father, made me shudder in fear. And now that I got the chance to grant my wish and send him away for good, I was rethinking my choices.

I went downstairs to talk about the 'plan' with Xander but he wasn't there to be found nor were the faggots.

I stood a few seconds staring at the door. With it's key there dangling from its lock, it looked like it was mocking me.

I could probably make a run for it and get out of here for good but that bastard knew I wouldn't.

Letting out an aggravated sigh, I kicked the door with my foot, repeatedly.
Feeling a bit better, I walked into the living room only to knock my toe on the couch.

I held onto my foot mumbling an incoherent under my breathe.

That hurt.

A lot.

Grumbling, I sat down on the couch and stared at the blank tv in front of me.

Screw it.

I am officially done staying around doing absolutely nothing.

No one was here so that meant it was my place, at least for now. I was not permitted to not go anywhere but the kitchen and living room.

Time to take advantage.

I walked upstairs and went to the end of the hallway and started with the room on the corner.

I opened it slowly with caution. The room was pitch black so I could barely see anything. I moved my hands on the walls trying to find a switch but had no luck.

Inaudibly gulping, I walked further into the room. Suddenly I felt something spiky press against my leg. Yelping, I moved back only to step on another one again.

And each time my foot pressed on it, it gave out a squeak. Curious, I crouched down to grab it and walked out of the room to see what it was.

It was a green ball.

Blake's POV

"Get out of my sight" shouted Xander, pointing towards the door.

"B-but-"

"I said, get out" he repeated louder.

I felt my brother squeeze my shoulder gesturing me to go. Shrugging his hand off, I stormed out of the room angrily.
