Y/N's P.O.V:

I was walking away from Malfoy (Draco's dad for those who haven't watch or read Harry Potter) why? He kept making fun of me.

Of course he would, he's a Slytherin and a pureblood. His whole family was. Shocking, I know.

He wouldn't leave me alone he kept following me and saying mean things. I normally don't listen but this one actually hurt. "Potter doesn't like you back. He likes Evens. But who would like you?"

I lost my temper and turn around and walked up to him. "Just because you bullied your girlfriend into dating you-"

His girlfriend slap me saying leave him alone. With that they left.

Tears started to build up in my eyes. My face is burning red as I started to breath deeply. Trying to hold in the tears until I realized what he said was true. They left my eyes faster than I thought.

While I was crying I didn't notice the group (James and his group no lily) was behind me. A soft sob left my lips as I sank onto my knees.

A hand touch my shoulder and i turn to see it was Severus Harry's god father) and if he is here so is his group.

"Did you hear him?" he nodded his head. All the color left my face. My arms and knees felt like cooked noodles. I looked to see James looking away. I knew what I had to do.

Picking myself up and running to the forbidden forest. I knew they might of followed me but James didn't need to see me. Especially after just now knowing I like him.

"Y/N WAIT UP!" James yelled.
My mind quickly thought of 'oh hell no' and ran faster. I will not let my long time crush reject me.

As I ran into the woods I could hear them running after me I knew I had to run faster. Trying to dodge all these branches wasn't difficult for me. But for them not so much.

Silent swears left their lips while I ran. Hearing them stop and yelling my name. I looked back until I slip into a tiny ditch.

Leaning against the dirt until James showed up. Luckily for me he hasn't seen me yet. If he did he would of said something by now.

"Y/N! Please we need to talk." And that's when I started to get lifted up.

"James Potter! Put me down now!" I yelled thrusting around trying to get put down. He didn't until he gave me a hug. (Face is in his chest)

"Y/N you scared me. Never run in here again" he said holding me so I can hear his heart beat.(ear is on his chest) My heart beat started to speed up.

Fear of being rejected by James. I knew it was going to happen he is in love with Lily Evens. How wouldn't be? Tears formed again because I am a big crybaby. I guess he notice because he made me look at him.

A smirk played on his face while he wiped a tear away. His eyes sparkled with mischief
