Worthless

Damian was asleep in his room as a voice talked to him. 'You are WORTHLESS I say, you show disgrace and threw away what you've learned from me! Because of your pathetic friends!'

"No I'm not weak! I've been pushing myself harder than ever! You cannot control me!!!" Damian yelled in his sleep.

'Ha! You make me laugh! You are nothing without me! I've taught you better and you ignore it! You've gone soft!!' The voice continued.

"No I haven't!! You don't know what I'm capable of! Argh!" Damian yelled again. "I do know what your capable of, but I also know you're WORTHLESS!" The voice said fainting away.

"NOOOO!!!!" Damian screamed waking up. He realized it was a dream. It was 3:47 am. He changed into his robin uniform and walked downstairs. He saw Garfield on the couch sleeping, with the TV on.

Damian walked over and turned off the TV. And went downstairs.

*The next morning*

Raven awoke and headed downstairs. She found the rest of the team sitting and eating "Hey chica wanna grub?" Asked Jamie. "Sure, but who's in the training room?" She asked confused. "No one plus the training room is 2 floors down how would you know? " asked Garfield eating Jamie waffles without him noticing.

"Becuse I sense things." Raven said. "But Dick, Kim, and Kori are out shopping for a wedding dress so that leaves-" "Damian" they said in unison. "Somethings not right let's go check on him." Raven said.

They walked downstairs to the training room and saw Damian.
He was covered in sweat and rips in his costume. He had scars and scraps all over his body. He was panting and out of breath.

"Damian!" Raven shouted. He just kept on training with the holograms. Raven quickly ran to the computer and turned off training mode. Damian noticed and quickly yelled "What the hell?! Why'd you do that?!"

"Because you're killing your self! Look at your self!" Raven yelled.
Damian furrowed his eyebrows and clenched his fists. "I don't care! I need to train, and you can't stop me!" He yelled back.

Raven had a worried look on her face and knew something was wrong. Damian had never acted like this, at least she's never noticed. "What's wrong?" She said camly. "What?! Nothing!" He yelled. She asked again "What's wrong?" "NOTHING!!" He shouted, Raven knew he was gonna break so one last time she asked...

"What's wrong?"
Damian saw a worried look in her eye. He didn't want to tell but he came out saying "ITS RA AL GHUL, I CANT GET HIM OUT OF MY MIND!!!" He screamed as he grabbed his head. He made a fire in his eyes and clenched his fists.

Raven looked even more worried. She didn't know what to do and wanted to help. After all Damian was her closest friend. She looked and a giant scar across Damian arm and the side of his face.

Damian felt like he was weak he couldn't do anything. Turns out it's not only fighting that hurts, it's words too.

Raven wanted to help, as much as she could. That's when she grabbed his arm and dragged him upstairs. "Where are you taking me?!" He yelled. Raven ignored him and walked past the kitchen and upstairs.

She saw for a brief moment that Jamie was about to kill Garfield for eating his waffles.

She dragged Damain to her room where it was quiet.
