Chapter 8

Four years passed since the horrific dreams took place. Chloe is 16 years old now. Alex already went into Freddy Fazbear's Pizza two years ago. It is summer vacation now and Chloe had nothing else to do, so she called Krissy to hang out. Alex is back from Massachusetts (Since Alex and her boyfriend Aiden both go to Harvard) "Hey Krissy, wanna hang out at the carnival later on?" Chloe asked. "Sure, what time do you want to go?" Krissy asked. "Uh, like 9:00. Is that fine?" Chloe said. "Yeah, that's fine! I'll meet you by the ferris wheel." Krissy said. "Cool, see you there!" Time passed and it eventually became 9:00. Chloe and Krissy where by the ferris wheel. They were in line waiting to ride it. Suddenly, they saw him. "Wait, Krissy. He looks familiar." Chloe said. She pointed to one of the game stalls and saw a guy playing the game. He had dark hair and was quite tall. "Wait, he does look familiar. Is that Steven?" Krissy asked. "I think it is Steven!" Chloe said. "Wanna get him over here?" "Sure!" Krissy said. "YO STEVEN!!!" Krissy yelled. He looked over to where they are. He then waved and ran over to them. "Oh my goodness, hi! How are you two?" Steven asked. "Good, how's the new town? Well not that new, you've been living there for a few years." Chloe said. "I've been good. I missed you both so much though. All the people there are weird." Steven said. "Dang." Krissy said. "I came here to see the carnival, and because they set up a huge haunted house attraction here too which I'm hype for." Steven said. "I'm just so glad you're here. This makes me so ha-" "BOO!!!" Someone yelled. "AHH!!! Oh what? Alex, what are you doing here?" Chloe asked. "Haha, hi Chloe. I'm here to see the haunted house attraction too!" Alex said. She leaned in closer. "Is that your boyfriend?" She whispered. Chloe blushed. "Wh-what? No, of course not." Chloe said. "Is she your sister?" Steven asked. "Yeah, I am!" Alex said. "My name is Alex. Your name?" "The name's Steven, nice to meet you." Steven said. They shook hands. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's check out that haunted house!" Alex said. "Yay!" Krissy said. They walked over to the attraction. The line wasn't that long. "Huh, that's odd. I thought it would be longer." Chloe said. They waited on line. Finally, Chloe and Steven were at the front. "Two at a time, we do this or security reasons." The ticket man said. Chloe and Steven walked in. Inside was a pretty creepy environment. There was a demented version of mickey mouse having a seizure on the floor. "Creepy..." Chloe said. Then there was a lion playing a weird tune on his instrument. After, they walked to the second floor of the attraction. There was jumpscares. "So... What do you think so fa-" "ROAAAR!!!" There was a man wearing a bloody monkey costume. Then a second guy, but he was wearing a rabbit costume. He was making very strange noises. They walked past them. Finally, they were going to the third floor. Chloe froze, she saw something, something dark. Shadow Freddy was standing at the top of the staircase. "What's the matter?" Steven asked. "Do you see that?" Chloe asked in response. "See what?" "Shadow Freddy..." Chloe said. "He's all purple and his eyes are illuminated white." "I don't see anything." Steven said. "Follow me..." Shadow Freddy said. "He told me to follow him. "Uh, okay..." Steven said. Steven followed Chloe to where she was going. This was the last floor, the floor of the dolls. There were creepy demented dolls everywhere. They were even hanging from the ceiling. "Follow me..." Shadow Freddy repeated. "I'm coming!" Chloe said. "Who are you talking to?" Steven asked. Shadow Freddy turned the corner. Once Chloe turned the corner. A knife flew past her and jammed itself onto the wall. "So, I see you've found me..." A man said. He was wearing a black robe and a white mask that had cracks and blood on it. "You're mine..." He said. "Leave her alone you creep!" Steven stepped in front of Chloe. "Who are you?!" "I might as well reveal myself now. Considering your death is unavoidable." He said. He took off the black robe, revealing he had a purple guard uniform on. He then took off the bloody mask. He had a lack of robust features. He had dark brown hair and an evil grin on his face. "My name is William Afton. I used to co-own the Freddy Fazbear's down the road. I did the murders, and now it's your turn to die." He said. "You can't do that! It's illegal, you'll go to jail!" Chloe said. "JAIL?!?!" He laughed. He was laughing like it was the funniest thing he heard. "Try me." He said. He then got the fire axe on the wall. "Oh crap, we better get out of here." Steven said. They both ran from him. He then threw the axe at them. It flew over Steven's head and broke the dolls in front of them. "Try as you may, but you'll never escape." He said. He grabbed the scythe used as decoration on the wall. "Hatred will consume you! Hatred will destroy you!" He exclaimed. He started swinging at them, breaking all the props on the walls. "Die, die, die!!!" He yelled. The guy in the rabbit suit came up to see what's going on. "Yo, great acting dude!" He said. Chloe and Steven ran past him. "Wait, where are you going?" He asked. He walked up to the man. His mask and robe were on again. "Hold on, I don't remember you being here!" The rabbit man said. He held his pointer finger up to his lips and motioned him to be quiet. "I'm telling the boss!" The rabbit man said. He then sliced the rabbit man's legs. He then collapsed to the ground. "Say ah..." He said. He then ripped off the rabbit man's mask. The guy refused. He then yanked the guy's mouth open and pierced his tongue with the scythe. He then yanked on it making his tongue split in half. The guy screamed in agony. He then raised his scythe. And he sliced at his stomach causing the guy to bleed to death on the floor. "That'll teach him to shut up..." He said. He then went back to his original spot... Chloe and Steven ran out the exit. They were out of breath. "Too scary for the both of you huh?" Alex asked. "What?! We almost died, there's some crazy guy trying to kill everyone in there!" Chloe said. "He threw a knife at us!" Steven added in. Krissy looked at Alex in concern. She looked very stubborn, she had one eyebrow raised and her hands on her hips. "Are you sure about this?" Alex asked. They both nodded. "Uh, ma'am, are you going in or not?" The ticket man asked. Chloe and Steven were motioning for her not to go in. She then sighed. "I'm not going in sir. Have a good night." Alex said. She and Krissy then left the line to join them. "Okay. I believe you. Let's just enjoy the rest of the night." Alex said. They then went on a couple of rides and went home for the night. Little did Chloe know, that the horror attraction was the least of her worries...
