You have been dating Natasha for 3 months now when shield assigned you two to infiltrate a hydra base. You were relieved. Natasha found you to be very giddy that afternoon and mistook it for nerves. Since shield gave you two this mission you asked the rest of the team to help out despite shield's warnings. You took great joy in zipping up your leather jumpsuit and leaped into the quinjet before everyone. You guys arrived at the base, took out the guards,the rest killed them while you only knocked them out and pretended to collect information. The "wannabe gang of rangtags" finished the mission not knowing you had apprehended the winter solider and locked him up in a cryogenic tank in an unused room. They piled the jet thinking Bucky was coming and waited. You cornered Natasha claiming you wanted to talk when the guys that you knocked out piled out of the compound and surrounded Natasha and you. Nat pushed you behind her while you smirked inwardly and acted terrified. You grabbed a gun and held it at the base of her neck telling her not to move. You having dated her for so long knew that she would try to twist from your hold so you held her close by the base of her neck and held tightly. Since you guys had threatened the team telling them not to listen to your conversation, they were disconnected from the comms. "Y/n, what's going on?", Nat asked with a quiver in her voice. "What do you think is going on?", you replied with smugness. "I think you are trying your hand at being a wannabe double agent". You smiled to yourself because you could hear the fear in her voice. "Guess you aren't the only double agent in the team, Natalia Romanov", you spat your voice dripping with sarcasm. You nodded to the guards and expressed how happy you were to see them again. The team giving up came out to look for you guys and froze seeing your gun. Clint shot his arrows and everywhere was in chaos and uproar. You dodged the attacks and stabbed Natasha's thigh with your favorite ruby crested dagger that's how they found her where you left her at the entrance of the avengers tower. You took her there while the rest were fighting. You went into hiding. "Nat, I'm so sorry that bitch did that to you", Clint said comforting her. "Don't call her a bitch because she wasn't". "I can't believe you are defending her right now Nat", he shouted in anger. She started sobbing making him feel guilty. "I knew she was hydra, she told me earlier into the relationship and she said that I would be too in love with her to even care and she was right". "You what? And you didn't say a word?" She nodded feeling ashamed and guilty. "Oh Nat C'mere" he opened his arms and she accepted the hug which made him shocked you had really broken her. "I swear I would find her and make her pay", he promises. Natasha nods knowing his promise is empty because she wouldn't allow him to harm you.
