Chapter 7

Robyn

I looked at me, and he looked back. His hatchets were neatly placed by the side of the window and he was on my bed, sitting all the way the way until his back touched the wall. He had his arms crossed and he sighed

"So... I see you've met someone new" Toby broke the silence, his voice was actually stern and serious, it's not like him, only because he usually always talks which is in a happy or annoying tone

"Yeah, so what?" my smile may have faded a little, but it was still there "and I wouldn't necessarily call him 'Someone new' though" I said as I placed my stuff by the side of my bed, only because there was no space since Toby decided that he should lay down instead.

"What do you mean by that? You've known him before?" Toby said questionably

"Yeah, he's been my friend ever since I was younger" I sighed as I started to clear things on my desk, I didn't really mind that Toby was here, it's his routine to follow me, and spy on me on a specific time.

"So you guys are close then"

"Yes Toby, we're close friends, and before you do anything!" I walked to him and towered over him "You will not, I repeat not do anything to him? Not even spy on him not stalk him and not send anyone like your friend "Masky" to go an kill him! Do you understand me?"

"Fine, I won't...." Toby mumbled

"Good" I huffed and pursed my lips, then crossed my arms. He chuckled

"What's so funny?" I narrowed my eyes as I slumped on my office chair and started my work

"You're so protective over a guy" he stated, then frowned

"Why are you even here? It's day" I shot, my tone sounded frustrated but in the end, I just continued my work.

"Well I have nothing else to do, so I thought 'why not just bother Robyn and see how she would react with me' and so that's why I'm here" Toby explained, he sounded a bit sarcastic, but for me his sentence sounded sadistic.

"Then you already found out how I would react with you, so now you can leave" I murmured as I continued to write

"You still hate me?" He asked as he was now fiddling around with my notebook

"I never said that I didn't hate you, therefor I hate you"

"Give me a reason, besides me stabbing your shoulder, which you have to get over that, that happened days maybe even weeks ago, and actually give me an actual reason" Toby looked over at me as his eyes met mine - I think.

"Okay, I'll give you a reason, the first is stalking me and making me paranoid, the second for coming over here and taunting me all the time, the third is bringing another killer here and the fourth is ruining my very peaceful life" I crossed my arms and glared at him

"Huh... Alright with bringing another killer here wasn't my fault, I guess he followed me so you have to forgive me for that, and for stalking you, I guess that would be because I want to know about your school like, and I don't even taunt you all the time" Toby pretended to weigh something in his hands then looked at me

"Really? Saying I have anger issues isn't taunting or angering me? I never thought that it wasn't taunting" I told him while narrowing my eyes at him, which in turn, he crossed his arms

"Okay, I was just telling the truth, I mean, I guess you can say I was sort of taunting you, but truthfully taunting you" He said, which made some anger grow onto me

"Seriously? Are you kidding me?" I frowned, then stood up

"Don't be oblivious, I mean, you have anger issues and when you show it off you get really, really mean, which is why you shoved me out of your window" Toby stated as he stood up too "I mean, come on you can't hide that from me" He towered over me; immediately I grabbed my phone and flashlight from my desk, and yes, I have a flashlight just in case, Alyssa gave it to me.... I then walked downstairs and looked at my sister and her friends

"Where are you going?" My sister asked me as she stood up

"I'm going to Sharon's" I lied, I wasn't really going there, I'm trying to leave just in case Toby gets a little tired of me and starts trying to kill me, I don't need him killing the rest of my family.

"Alright then, just be careful and if you see someone and they try to hurt you, just smack their face and run" Alyssa said, almost as if she was doubting the fact that I was going and the sun was already setting.

"I'll be fine" I assured her as I walked out of the house and started walking the direction of Sharon's house, just so I can fool her; it worked. Which was good, then saw Toby jump from my window and land, I panicked when he had his hatchets in his hand, so I started to run; maybe I can lose him if I can. I continued to run and saw the woods, it wasn't he greatest idea to run there, but it's better to die in there than to die in my neighborhood.

Once I ran in there I sprinted around then stopped when I knew I was alone, then looked around, it was getting dark already? Maybe it was just me... I continued to walk around when I heard slight rustling sounds; I turned to face where the rustling was coming from, I had two choice right now. One, was to go over there and check it out; the second was to turn around and run the same way I came from.

I chose to run. There was no way I'd be able to have the courage to go and check it out, I turned around and the first thing I saw, was an orange hoodie and a mask.
