Robyn
I stood up almost immediately and looked at Murdoch then sighed softly, I went up to my room quickly and then gasped as I entered. Toby had thrown a hatchet across the room, and it landed on a wall. I looked at Toby with wide eyes, why would he do this? Was... Was he watching us?
"I want him gone" Toby mumbled as he got up and towered over me again, though I don't know if he would hurt me, I was still scared he might. Though for my stubbornness, I stood my ground. Even though I'd rather just go downstairs and pretend this had never happened, but I was frozen in place at the moment.
"No Toby, he's a friend, we did nothing okay?" I said calmly though I felt fear shake around me, making me tremble a little
"That's not what I saw!" Toby protested "he doesn't seem like a friend now, does he!?" His voice cracked a little, but I didn't really care
"What did you see Toby?" I asked quietly
"You were kissing him! That's what I saw! In the piano room!" He stated while raising his voice
"We weren't doing that Toby, what you saw was nothing, he leaned in t he didn't immediately kiss me, the loud crash you made caused me to back away, even if you hadn't made the noise I still would've backed off" I explained, Toby twitched a little
"So... He... Leaned in.... That's it?" He asked quietly
"Yes, and making a hole in my wall isn't helping this situation" I stated bluntly
"Sorry..." He pulled me into a hug, which in turn I sighed softly. I don't know why, but.... I like his hugs... For some reason, I just feel... I guess safe. Even though that kind of sounds crazy, it's the truth
"Whatever, hey Mr. Bipolar, do me a favor and get your hatchet out of my wall, and get something to cover it up, I'm not sure what though, just something" I stated as I pulled away from his hug, in turn he nodded, and went to grab his hatchet, I left the room rather quickly, though I noticed something, the snow globe that he broke, all the glass pieces were gone and the window was open... He improvised then? I'm not too sure about that thought but he got the glass out and that's what matters right now
I walked back downstairs and saw Murdoch sitting on the couch, he was reading a book, I sat next to him and he looked at me, then out the book down and smiled softly
"What happened up there?" He asked in a soft tone, I shook my head and sighed softly
"Eh, don't worry about it, it was nothing something fell, I should really know where I place my stuff nowadays" I stated, which in turn he chuckled and I laughed a little
"Hey I have to go, I wish I can stay longer..." He trailed off as he stood up, I nodded and stood as well
"Alright, well let's get your stuff, just remember to finish it up where I set it out, I'll grab more supplies and help you out the next time you come" I explained as I helped him with the poster and walked him to the door
He nodded and opened the door "okay well see you later Robyn" he said softly as he stepped out and I closed the door behind him, I turned around and jumped when I saw Masky. I quickly backed away and got ready to run. In turn Masky sighed and crossed his arms
"Calm down, I'm not going to hurt you, jeez" he muttered, I frowned then calmed down a bit
"Wait, what? You tried to kill before" I said as I narrowed my eyes "how can I believe you?" I looked at him in his... Mask holes. Though it kind of freaked me out
"I'm not killing you right now am I?" Masky asked
"No but-" he cut me off
"But nothing, I'm not going to kill you, that's all I'm here to say, now see you later because Alyssa is here..." How did he know her name? I didn't freak out at the thought, they are somewhat like talkers...
He left out of the back door quickly, I locked the back door and frowned I should really lock it... If I don't want Masky coming in I thought as I turned around again this time quickly to make sure no one is behind me, so far nothing; good. The front door open just a minute later as Alyssa came inside - sweaty but smiling, she was happier than she was before she left for the jog, her smile widened, she came up to me and pulled me into a hug. Ugh... She smelled bad...
"I have great news!" Alyssa said cheerfully, I looked up at her
"What is it?" I asked while pulling away from the sweaty hug
"We're moving to another state! To live with aunt Hannah!" She said while her smile only brightened, and my expression went from content; to shocked.
