Kia's POV

I couldn't be more delighted and ecstatic today. Words weren't enough to express our joy within us which was bursting fireworks inside because of the small baby shower we had planned for our Alicia.

I had the most brightest smile stretched over my face after so long. It felt like years since I had genuinely smiled.

No one would deny that it was really hard for me to cope these double doses cause they saw me suffer through all this.

It had not been much days to what had happened. Just a couple of weeks but I had came strong through the bitter truth that it would take time for Harry to recover from amnesia.

I had made peace in my mind and all the turmoils inside. I was just looking forward to that day when Harry would be standing at my doorstep with his arms open and a boyish grin on his face saying he remembers me and I'm the only one he loves.

But too many expections can only lead into more and more heartbreaks which I never wanted to do. Expectations only lead me to be a sobbing, heartbroken mess.

I was indeed thoroughly satisfied as well because even though Harry didn't know me he had started hanging out with our group and he kinda felt comfortable with me which was the first thing I wanted. If I would have freaked him out once more I'm sure I would have wished the earth to swallow me up there and then.

Still things weren't the same but they were better enough.

I smiled up at the security guard who opened the door to the hall we had booked for this eventful night.

I entered the hall and scanned the surrounding. It was decorated with white balloons and balls of hues of brown were hanging from the ceiling with cute baby clothes and teddies hanged on a wire. Below this was a table set up with all food and a cake with a ribbon tied on the bottom of the table reading 'Baby'.  On the other side of the hall a chalkboard board was hanged and below that were envelopes all of us had written. The chalkboard read 'Wishes and advices for the Mum'. And besides that was huge chart paper for us to guess the date when the babies would be arriving in this month.

At the entrance there was a bowl of bows of pink and blue colours for all the guests to wear it for their guess of the gender of the baby.

"It looks beautiful, doesn't it??" Sam exclaimed coming beside me.

"It does. Its just so magical." I said smiling."She would be so happy see this."

"She has to be!!" Sam exclaimed in exaggeration.

Soon we were welcoming our dear and near ones. All our families had agreed to attend the shower which made it more joyful. Although everyone didn't want Candice to be invited I had persuaded them to do so because I knew Harry most likely wouldn't cone without her and I just wanted Harry to be in the same room as me for just a day. And surely it was useful because both of them had come to be a part of this shower.

"I'm so glad you both came." I said smiled, approaching Candice and Harry.

"Well we couldn't have missed it for anyone." Harry said on behalf of both them.

"Thank you so much." I said and then brought the bowl of bows to them."Here wear your guesses for the gender of the babies."

"Babies?" Harry said quoting the word.

"Well...Yeah...I mean no. Just wear you guesses already." I  stuttered.

"Okay calm down." Harry said laughing that angelic laugh. He debated for sometime and then grabbed one blue and pink bow wearing it. While on the other hand Candice just randomly chose a bow and wore it, frowning.
