Chapter 26: To the Beach!!

Kia's POV

I packed my extra clothes in the duffel back with my sunscreen lotion and my towel. I made my way downstairs to the kitchen to grab some Doritos with cheese dip and some cupcakes to take to the beach as well as some fruits to eat incase we got hungry.

"Alicia, do you need me to take anything other than Doritos, cupcakes and fruits??" I called out. It was necessary to ask her because apparently I was living with a family of apes who devoured food like no one else. No offence.

"Yeah. Ofcourse!! Thats not even enough." She said in a duh tone. "You put all of these in your bag while I grab something as well. I'll put it in the basket. So the basket can be put in good use." She was right Niall had bought a basket to use few months ago and we had never used it. Today was a good opportunity to put it into use.

"Okay. Then I'll go upstairs and change." I made my way upstairs to change into my black bikini. I wore my sheer white shirt on it and some black shorts below with my flip flops and I was ready. I tied my hair in a bun and made my way downstairs to look on the babies.

Halfway I was able to smell pancakes, waffles and cinnamon toasts. Going through the kitchen I saw an entire meal made of a size of a big, fat lunch. I turned around to Alicia who was whistling some random tune flipping pancakes.

"From grabbing something else did you mean making an entire lunch like meal??" I quoted her, which startled her and caused her pancake to land straight into the basin beside the stove.

"Goshh Kia!! Might want to inform me about your arrival." She said in irritation, while doing another pancake.

"Yeah sorry." I said as I made my way to the basin to clean the mess as I asked her again," You didnt answer me. Is this your 'I would grab something'," I said gesturing to the full size meal she had made.

"Well yeah..I guess you remember we have a big appetite." I understood she was talking about herselves and her boyfriend. 'Cause boy they ate a lot. And from lot I meant a lot!!"Anyways could you take a look on the babies." She said concentrating on the flipping of her pancake.

I mumbled a yeah and made my way inside James and Amanda's room. From the giggles I heard of Amanda's I knew Niall was in the room. Amanda was daddy's girl while James was complete opposite, he was a mama's boy. Though both of them were twins and had few similar feature they were distantly different from one another as well.

While James had blonde hair, Amanda was a brunette, as well as Amanda was chubbier than James. She also had her father's eyes which were bright blue while James had jade blue eyes with a lining of grey at the the periphery.

Yeah I had noticed it that well. You can call me a creep but I'm very good at observing things thats all. Get over it.

I made my way inside and I could see James and Amanda ready in their little swimsuits. The little munchkins had learned to walk though they were just 9 months old. It was a divine pleasure for me to encounter their first steps. I had squealed and a cried a little bit. Because though they weren't my own babies, they meant the entire world to me.

"Say da-ddy. Da-ddy." Niall tried.

"Ba-ba," Amanda spoke and started giggling instantly making Niall scrunched his nose at her cuteness. I took a look on James who was fast asleep in his crib. He was a heavy sleeper and no one should ever, I repeat ever wake him up from his sleep because he is the crankiest kid if he is waken up from half sleep which takes hours to subside.

I gathered the stuff we would need at the beach and packed into their bags.

About half an hour later we were ready to make our way to the beach. Niall had taken his car for us five. James and Amanda were buckled to their baby seats while I sat in front of them. Alicia sat in the passenger seat while Niall was driving.
