My parents weren't very strict but they sent me to private Christian school. I was ostracised there and did my hardest to misbehavw and get kicked out. During prayer when everybody had their heads bowed i used to steal money out of girl's purses. There was one time i put a vibrator in my bible teacher's desk!
My first actual performance on stage was playing Jesus in a chool play when i was six or seven. I wore a towel around my waist, but i wasn't wearing any underwear because i didn't know any better. Some of the big kids whipped off my towel - one of those classic nightmares you have of being trapped naked in front of all yoyr classmates of being traumatised by Christianity.
