Shelby's POV It was currently 3:20pm and Millie has just turned up to help me get ready. She kept rambling about something that I couldn't understand. "Millie calm down, I can't understand what you are saying because you're talking too fast!" I exclaimed as I cut off part of Millie's rambling. "I'm sorry, I just wanna make you perfect for tonight. I want you to knock those boys dead!" Millie then paused and put on a smirk and continued "especially Noah" I physically facepalmed. "I haven't even met him yet!" I explained. Millie sighed then stood up to walk in my closet and pulled out four dresses, two red, one teal and one light pink. ( I had to republish it because the images wouldn't show up for me so here it is, sorry for any confusion)

"Oh my god, you have so many good dresses, can I please wear one?" Millie pleaded. "Of course, but I want to wear..." (your favourite one or your imagination) "Yeah, that's totally fine, I wanted to wear (your second favourite one or your imagination) anyways." Millie walked back in my closet and shut herself in so she could get changed. I sighed as I changed into my dress. I started to get anxious as I wanted to make a good first impression. I mean after all I will be working with these people to film Stranger Things. I tapped on the closet door signalling to Millie that she was able to come out when she was ready. As she walked out, both our mouths dropped as we saw each other in our dresses. "Girl, how do you always look so fine?" She stated. "I should really say the same about you!" I replied. "Now we know what time it is..." Millie started. "HAIR AND MAKEUP TIME!" We both yelled in unison and started bursting out laughing. We decided that I will do my own makeup whilst Millie does my hair and I will do Millie's make up.

I did Millie's first. After I was done, she stared at herself in awe in the mirror. "Damn, I feel like a queen! You're better than my makeup artists themselves!" She exclaimed. "Thanks. I would always practice when I got bored. And you look stunning." I complimented her as Millie went over to the body long mirror in the corner of my room to do her hair (Shelby's room is basically Loren's but with a walk in wardrobe). I started doing my makeup similar to Millie's. I stayed put until Millie came back over to curl my hair.
Millie's POV (oh schnapp 😂 I'm sorry everyone does that joke)
Once I finished Shelby's hair, I dragged her to the mirror so then she can see the whole outfit. I messaged the boys on the group chat saying:
Milliebobbybrown: You guys do realise she is going to knock you dead, right?
Shelby._.Dotts: MILLIE!! I'm so sorry about her. Just don't worry.
Milliebobbybrown: Anyways boys, we're leaving now
Noah's POV
Me and the boys were there quite early so we hung around out around the restaurant. I decided to turn on my 4g and see if the girls have said anything in the chat.
Milliebobbybrown: You guys do realise she is going to know you dead, right?
Well great. I'm going to embarrass myself in front of my crush. Yeah I know what you're thinking, Noah, how can you have a crush on a girl that you haven't even met yet? Well with Shelby, it's different. I fell in love with the Shelby in the picture. I looked at some of her videos earlier and she's just stunning.
Shelby._.Dotts: MILLIE! I'm so sorry about her. Just don't worry.
"Guys, they left a coup..." I looked up from my phone to Finn who was gawking to the right side of me. I looked over and saw her... and she looked stunning... no wait more than stunning. When I looked at her, she started to blush. Was that all in my mind? Just don't screw up Noah.
"Guys this is the one and only Shelby." Millie introduced us to her. But we were too busy gawking at her.
"What did I tell you, Shelbs?" Millie prodded at Shelby's arm. I turned to look at Finn who was still gawking at her. I turned back around to see that she was staring at me.
Shelby's POV
When me and Millie arrived, I saw four boys sitting on a wall outside the restaurant. The one who was closer to us was on his phone whilst the other three were chatting. I couldn't get my eyes off the one on his phone. He was so attractive, it was unbelievable. The three that were talking soon looked over in our direction. Their eyes fell upon me and they started gawking at me. Okay this is a little uncomfortable.
"Guys, they left a coup..." the boy on his phone started talking to the boys but then he looked at me. His gorgeous brown eyes was the kind that I could get lost into. His mouth slowly dropped open as I started to blush. Millie thought it would be clever to introduce me when they were staring at me.
"Guys, this is the one and only Shelby." But they were still staring at me. To be honest, I wasn't used to this much attention.
"What did I tell you, Shelbs?" Millie prodded me with her elbow. The one in the front turned to his left to look at a boy with black locks. So I decided to take in his features from the side. But he turned around too quick and he caught me staring. The black haired one started to speak. "Hey Shelby, good to meet you, I'm Finn." He pulls me into a quick hug which I pulled away from. One by one they introduce themselves to me and hugged me. "Gaten" "Caleb" But then it came to the attractive boy's name. He had a light tint of pink already pressed against his perfect cheekbones. "H.hii... I'm No.. Noah" he stuttered which I found adorable. He did struck to me as a shy type when I first saw him. I pulled him into a hug which may have lasted longer than the other hugs. I didn't want to let go. I felt save in his arms. And that's when I knew that I had developed a new crush on Noah. _______________________________________ 1064 words.
