He thinks I'm stunning? Or maybe he was saying it to be nice? Either way, I like it. Millie was laughing at me since I was blushing. "Shelby has a crush on Noah! Shelby has a crush on Noah!" She kept repeating loudly until the doorbell rang. I blushed even harder, hoping it wasn't the guys.
Noah's POV After our uber (I'm British so we say Uber or taxi and I don't know what they call it in America) dropped us off at a really nice house, we admired the house for a couple of minutes. I was about to ring the doorbell but Finn grabbed my hand away and told me to listen. I heard a faint voice coming from inside the house. It was Millie repeating 'Shelby has a crush on Noah!' I started to blush hardcore and the boys all looked at me smirking. I stood there wondering if it was true. 'Of course it's not true Noah, why would anyone as beautiful as that fall for you' the voice inside my head said. I didn't even realise that Finn rang the doorbell and the sound of stamping feet inside was the thing to snap me out of my train of thought.
Shelby's POV (sorry for all the POV changes) Millie pushed me back as she scrambled for the stairs. Me being a faster runner than her, caught up to her quite quickly. We fought our way down the stairs, pushing each other to the side. But she pushed me on the floor and opened the door. I had my face flat on the floor so whoever was at the door couldn't see my tomato of a face. But then I heard the charming voice of the boy I knew I loved.
Noah's POV Millie opened the door with a big smile on her face. I looked past her to see Shelby lying flat on the floor with her hair spreading out in all directions across the floor. "Just in time boys." She said like Shelby wasn't laying on the ground, probably hurt. "I thought we were a bit early." Finn said sheepishly as his gaze went from Millie to the grass that sat outside the doorstep. "Are you sure you haven't killed her, Millie?" I asked, worried. "Nah she's fine. SHELBY GET UP!!" She shouted like she was Shelby's Mum. "I don't wanna!" Her sweet, melodic voice was muffled by the wooden flooring. Millie let us in as I ran to help Shelby up. She looked up at me with her bright, sky blue eyes and gladly accepted my hand up. I felt a light blush appear on my cheeks as I remembered what Millie shouted minutes before. She already had a dark blush placed perfectly on her cheeks, probably embarrassed as to what Millie did. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" I asked, seriously worried. "Yeah I'm okay and I'm not hurt, she didn't push me that hard." We both stared into each other's eyes. It immediately seemed like it was only me and her. I can tell that she was full of mystery that I wanted to uncover and I could lose myself in her eyes. "Come on Lovebirds, snap out of it!" Millie clicked her fingers in front of our eyes, snapping us out of our trance. She went bright red and to be honest I probably was too. "So what should we do?" Gaten asked. "Seven minutes in heaven?" Caleb asked, smirking. "Sure!" Everyone except Shelby replied. "Does everyone know how to play?" Finn asked while Millie went to get a hat to put something that belonged to each person inside. "I don't," Shelby said shyly whilst covering her face with her hair which I find absolutely adorable. So I decided to explain it to her (and to readers who don't know how to play) "So everyone puts something that they own inside a hat and one person takes something out of the hat. Whoever that item belonged to has to go in a room with that person and they can do whatever they want for 7 minutes. That includes talking..." I stopped to take a breath to say the next bit, " kissing and taking selfies, stuff like that. Do you get it?" Shelby nods, processing the information with a faint tint of pink on her cheeks. Millie comes back with the hat and she puts her bracelet in there. I put my watch in there, like I always do. Once everyone puts their things in, Millie gets to pick first. I really hope she doesn't pick the thing that Shelby put in there. Luckily she picked Finn's wristband. They both walked into her walk-in wardrobe.
Once 7 minutes have past, I opened the doors to see them talking. But once Finn came out, I saw some of Millie's dark lipstick on his lips. (Shelby and Millie are still wearing the makeup from the dinner but Shelby is wearing the same clothes as in part 1) "Enjoyed it, did you?" I whispered in his ear and smirked. He turned bright red and I laughed quietly. "Noah, it's your turn to choose." Millie said, shuffling the hat around in front of me. I put my hand in and grabbed a beautiful ring.
