A boy sat down on the playground, his little smile lighting up the area around him. He giggled happily as he played with his toy truck, making car noises as he ran. His parents watched him fondly, happily caught in their embrace as they sighed contently.

After many tries, the couple had finally been able to have a son. The man grasped his wife's hand firmly and they looked at the 5 year old kid in front of them with love. Everything was perfect, in that moment, the child hugging a little koala bear stuffie, truck in his other hand as he waddled over to his parents.

"He's our beautiful boy," The lady said softly, and her husband nodded in agreement. The 5 year old put his hands on his hips suddenly, pouting.

"Of coursh I'm beautiful! Look at my face! I'm going to look even better when I grow up!" The boy cried, and the man patted his head with a chuckle.

"We know, son. You have all the...KOALAfications." His father said, holding up the koala stuffie and the wife visibly face palmed at the dumb joke. The boy didn't understand anything but he laughed anyways, a slight squeak emerging from his voice.

The man smiled before turning to his wife. "I'll be right back, I'm just going to go get something from the car," He said and the woman turned back to her son.

He whistled as he walked back to the parking lot, hands in his pockets. When he opened the trunk and peered inside, the man was oblivious to a hidden pair of eyes standing right behind him.

By the time that man had turned around and met the figure with wide eyes, it was already too late. His body fell to the ground with a thud and the figure moved to the playground.

Little 5 year old Jin was facing the other direction, away from his mother when it happened. He was busy playing around in the sandbox, running his fingers through the rubble absentmindedly. His mind was too innocent to understand what had happened when he turned back to his mother to find her laying face down on the wood chips.

"Mom? Are you sleeping?" Jin called out, waddling over, shaking the body for a response. His mom didn't move and Jin laughed."Mom! This isn't the time to sleep!" Jin laughed, thinking that his mom was only fooling him. Still no response. Jin felt fear creep into his body now, and he continued to shake her, even more frantically. "Mom? MOM?" The boy's voice raised in pitch as he started to panic, tears running down his face quickly as her body was limp. The toy truck and the koala stuffie dropped to the ground with a plop. Crying out suddenly, he used all of his little kid strength to push his mom up onto her back, in an effort to look into the familiar loving gaze he had known all his life.

But when her lifeless, dull gaze reached his, no hint of love, emotion nor life, Jin couldn't look away. He stared into the face, blood slightly bubbling at the woman's lips, the blood draining from the once light pink skin. He felt his heart drop and he flinched as an unfamiliar hand touched him in the middle of his back, and he looked up to meet the gaze of a cold killer.

The figure held a single dart in his hand, poison glinting on the weapon before covering the 5 year old's face. Jin couldn't even struggle before he blacked out.

"You're just like me. "

Jin's voice resonated in your mind and you stared at him. His eyes were warm now, any hint of threat and danger gone as he came closer to you. Realizing that tears had begun to pool again and overflow down your cheeks, you quickly wiped them away in embarrassment.

Y/N, are you on your period or something? You're so emotional, You chided yourself in your mind.

"You can cry, Y/N. I don't want to kill you anymore. And, by the looks of it, I'm like 99% sure you don't want to kill me either." The man chuckled and you blinked, letting the liquid drip down from your eyes.
