chapter 1

Hi my name is Jamie Rae Dani Jackson. Well I am on my way toward my fathers house he lives in Forks, Washington and I live in Lowell, Ar,  but I am almost to my father and he is chief of police so as I stumbled off the plane. I should of expected him to pull up in the cruiser and well he was waiting on me to get there and we hugged and he put my bags in the trunk of the cruiser and we were 45 minutes outside of Forks. Well we drove in silence for a few minutes. He broke the silence and said your hairs shorter and I said yep I cut it recently.
I said so how's Anna and he said she's good and he asked how mom was doing I said she's good. And then it was silent for 3 minutes. He said I got you a car and I said a car? Okay. he said he bought it cheap I asked how much it was, he didn't want to answer but he finally said free and I said I was going to buy my own car. But thanks. It was quite until we got to my dads house and then he grabbed one of my bags and we went inside so he said feel free to have one of these rooms and there is a surprise coming tomorrow it'll be here and I said it's another girl isn't it he said yes and don't worry you already know her but it's been about 5 years ago since you seen her but she's changed a lot so be nice ok. Got it dad. And went upstairs to my room which has a balcony that is in a s shape but I unpack then I sat on my bed and was listening to my radio which I put in my CD that said good burning valentine as the band and listened to I love you, I hate you, stay with me forever. Then I turned my radio off and headed for the shower, I showered. As I was walking down the downstairs I get a phone call from mom i answer it and she asked if I was safe I said mom I am here I am going to eat i will call you tomorrow okay love you bye. Bye baby. I asked what was for dinner. He said pizza, I grabbed a piece and put it on a plate and then made a salad with what little vegetables we had and sat on the couch watching the rest of the boxing fight that was on.

Later that night 23 o,clock

I couldn't sleep knowing I haven't seen this girl in five years I do remember I have a twin sister and her name is Valerie Dani Jackson. But that's the only person I can think about. I finally went to bed around 2345. When I woke up I found a pale white girl that looked like me on the end of my bed. I tried to scream but she acted quick and covered my mouth with her hand she said shhh it's just me your twin and I removed her hand and asked why are you so cold and what happened to you 6 years ago she said and I quote "it is to complicated to explain right now she said I took your mirrors out of your room except one and of course you have the bat- I cut her off and asked quietly why would you take the mirrors out she said eventually you'll find out and I don't want you to tell dad. I called him and said I was coming home. But he can't know ok. I said ok but you owe me an explanation. She said I'll talk to you soon. And walked downstairs and I got ready and dad said you both have school tomorrow so don't be late. Oh I have to go to work but JJ your car will be here at 7pm tonight trust me you'll like it ok.. oh and Val don't let your sister take off without you got it. We both said yes dad at the same time and he said some guy got killed by some kind of animal at the docks by deer creek. I said an animal. He told me you don't live in Lowell any more JJ. I said right and he left. He turned to walk out and realized the mirror wasn't there he asked where'd the mirror went I said oh I didn't think it should go there and put it some other place he said ok and left. We went to the kitchen and I got a bowl of special k cereal and some orange juice an apple and a carrot. I said you hungry she said no I ate earlier and I said ok. And ate everything then started to work out and then I had went to my room were I can have a little piece and quite after I set my room up. I heard someone in the bedroom upstairs and decided to walk up there and as I got to the top I heard my sisters voice, I can only wait till she figures it out. why? if I expose myself now I can get killed by her, she's the only one who can kill me please just wait, okay. Fine I'll try to see you in a little bit. She will definitely be a bit awkward about things for awhile but once she knows the truth she will be okay with everything. Okay but we don't have a car not until 7 tonight okay got to go but I'll talk soon okay bye sister from another mother. And she hung up and i walked in her room and asked who she was talking to she said just a friend, why? Just curious. okay well I'm going to eat lunch, don't tell me you already ate. Yep. Okay well we have a while to wait for the car so we can do anything. Do you want to go outside and walk the woods like we use to. Sure. Alright let me get everything ready. I changed my clothes and made food for me and then I grabbed a backpack and filled it and then said I'm ready and she said took you long enough haha joking. Oh your Gonna get it and I put the bag over my shoulders and chased her out the house into the woods she said don't make me tickle you and i yelled and she pounced on me and i hit my head and laughed and she was laughing so i took advantage of this and flipped her over on the ground and licked her face and she said so disgusting and i just laughed and said give up yet she said no and picked me up and said how 'bout this and set me in the middle of a clear spot but not so clear square looking garden thing and we sat there and talked about everything and nothing like we use to and we laughed and tickled each other and she said we better be headed back and then she packed my stuff and then she put it over her shoulder and we walked back more like ran back i got pretty tired and slept in the woods on a blanket next to her and she made everything feel like home again but i was dreaming that i changed very dramatically and i fell in love with... summertime but when i woke i was crying and she asked what happened in my dream and i said i found my true love and i changed very dramatically and there was someone there but i couldn't make out who it was it looked like your body shape and the Picture she has black hair that's all i could make out and she says we're fifteen minutes from home and dad will be here in thirty minutes so let's head back and she pecked my lips with hers it was like a firework went off she said come on and put the blanket in the backpack and we walked back. and i said you want to go to Anna's she said I can't but you go ahead I said today's our last night of freedom lets do something we want to do. No I'm ok you go ahead. "But dad said I had to take you with me". Member. Yeah I do it's just I'd rather go to... Never mind. Come on I'll take you and I'll leave unless you want to introduce me to your friends, I don't mind honestly. Just lets get outta here. Pllleeeeaaasseee. Oh alright but can I drive ok but we have to wait another hour and a half then we can ok. Alright we waited and dad came home half an hour early. He looked like he seen a large dog like a werewolf. I said dad are you ok. He said yeah I just need to lay down can you get me a can of soup and some crackers and a glass of water. I said yes dad. We gave it to him and we went to my room she said I smelled some other thing and she said you go do whatever and I'll go take care of some business. I said no let me take you. We had a huge quite argument although she finally gave in. and said Fine. And we took the car and drove really deep into the woods. To a house that was a huge like half circle thing like a dom. And she said I need you to go to Anna's. First introduction then I'll go. Okay. Fiiine. And she had a key surprisingly and I said wow.. what? how long have you been friends? just six years and they took me in like a family would. Okay. We walked in and everyone was in the living room waiting for her and when they turned they found me her twin and the motherly and fatherly type said what a pleasant surprise and she said this is my twin sister Jamie Rae Dani Jackson she also goes by JJ, rad, or her initials they both said hi and a boy and girl got up and came over to my sister as she continued saying this is Jasmine my new mom and Blake my new father and this is Jacky and Jessy and I said Jacky? Like a question. she said. ''yes our old friend from years ago as kids. Her mother and father died and then a boy got into a huge fight with her and she almost died till our parents saved her, meaning mine and hers. Well i am glad your not dead thank god. I said enough with the introduction she's got to go. Okay but know you are welcomed anytime. I said thanks and went to Anna's for a little bit. I went to pick up my sister after awhile but she had already left. So i just drove home and my dad was gone I assumed with a friend or my sister but she came downstairs saying dads dead. I yelled Why us and broke down crying. She held me but something seemed off about her and i had said what the hell is up with you. She was stunned by my sudden mood swing. She asked what do you mean? and i said this isn't normal first you come home taking the mirrors down, then you say you already ate, then you are cold, and your eyes are pure red when you are not hungry you say and when you are hungry your eyes are pure bright yellow.
