Let Me Take A Selfie

Chapter 9.

Even though I was told to ignore him by Natalie I couldn't control the urge to glare at him publicly. I shot him the best death glare and turned away packing up my things. I got up giving a dramatic effect by flipping my hair to one side and as I was moving my leg hits the foot of the table.

Ouch!

You can't get lamer Nadia!

I rolled my lips inside my mouth to stop the groan from the back of my mouth. I heard someone laughing and as I looked back I saw Zach dying of laugher with tears of happiness streaming down his cheeks. I glared at him once more and this time I walked away carefully. 

Stupid me.

Idiot him.

As I looked around I could find a bench which no one really chooses as it always lacked things. I sat down with a sigh and rested my head down. After abouth twenty seven seconds, yes I counted, I felt presence next to me.

I looked up to see the famaliar teddy bear eyes. I instantly groaned and looked at him with disgust.

"What is your problem? Why can't you just decide where do you wanna sit?" I asked totally annoyed.

"Wherever you are gonna sit babe." He said and winked.

Damn!

Why can't he stop being so awesome?

"Well too bad, because the next time you come anywhere near me you'll definitely have it Mr. Anderson." I spat and turned on my heel.

I don't even know why am I acting thi way? It was'nt like we had something, we were just acquaintances! I don't know but staying close to him just makes me feel like he is my 'slice of cake' and nobody has the right to come anywhere near him.

I have to figure out this feeling sooner or later.

I sat next to Pick-my-nose-Lanny! Seriously? And Zach was sitting back there on my seat with a fake platinum blond, maybe just maybe I should'nt have reacted that way. I could hear that blondie giggle and saw Zach smirk. They both were so close and it just felt so uneasy seeing him with some other girl. It felt like someone was repeatedly hitting my heart with a hammer. I turned around and noticed that Professor Jones is already lecturing about the reactive nature of potassium.

"Okay, now I am going to pair up partners and you'll perform the flame test of potassium. The partners chosen would last til the end of the term." He said and began naming children.

"Nadia Winters with Noah Walkers." The professor said and looked up. 

Noah?

Wtf?

Where is he?

How can he ditch me like that!

He just completely ruined the trio!

Oh, sorry. To all of you who must be thinking about the trio and this Noah guy. Let me tell you in detail. Noah, Natalie and Nadia are and will always be the best of friends. We three knew each other since like the very beginning. We were the so called 'diaper buddies'. We grew up together and blah blah blah the same old friendship story.

After coming to Jefferson High, we became the trio. We did everything together except a few. Ha-ha. Some called us the trio while others the N-trio or sometimes N cube. Typical names.

Natalie was the beautiful one who can win anyone with her looks and her confidence. Being a cheerleader just doubled up her confidence and gave her attitude. But, I love her anyway. Noah was the typical player. Member of the football team who could win a girls heart by his charm. And here comes me. I am the typical boring girl, crazy at times. Kind of socially awkward but being with two popular persons just gave a good status which I hold perfectly. People are usually nice to me except some of course. Every one has haters. So, when the trio meet trouble find it's ways. Ha!

"Well then it leaves Nadia with the young guy over there, Zach." He said and began talking to a guy.

You are so dead Noah! I bitterly thought.
