Their Small. Big. Funny. Silly. Rude. Mean. Hurtful. Shameful. Lies. Truths. Words. It's what comes out of someone's mouth whenever they have something to say. Maybe something they've been holding back, and it picks and crawls out from its cage and finds its way out of your mouth. Now that's when it starts to get bad. When you reveal what's been holding you back all along. Because that's when people can either be on your side, or step on your feelings.
Sometimes people say things, that maybe they didn't mean and they shouldn't have said. I love you. I hate you. You're beautiful. You're ugly. You're so smart. You're so dumb.
Sometimes people say things they they do mean, but it'll hurt the other person. You aren't good enough. Smart enough. Someone is always better than you. You aren't creative enough. Do you even have a talent?
Sometimes people like to say something that isn't true, but they like to make you believe it is. I love you. You're beautiful. I promise I don't like her. You're the only one. I need no one but you. I'm sorry
Then there's the truth of words. I lied. I never wanted you. Never needed you. You're were never the only one. You're my back up. But please stay, we'll be friends.
I don't know about you, but words can either build up, or crash down.
