Chloe is the only Bella who has a room to herself. The ginger had grabbed Beca's wrist and dragged her up the stairs to her bedroom.
Chloe's room was painted a soft yet vibrant blue, a color that made Beca think of the gingers beautiful eyes, and had pictures pinned to the walls everywhere. The images consisted of family, but mainly consisted of friends. More specifically, Beca. Beca has only been in Chloe's room a handful of times, all brief visits. She had never taken the time to really observe the images plastered to the walls. Now she is noticing that she was hanging up everywhere in Chloe's room.
"Chlo, you seem to have a slight addiction to hanging up pictures...of me."
Beca has actually made Chloe blush slightly, but then the ginger said, "well it's only because I think your are totes adorable," causing Beca to blush as well.
After a short pause, Chloe changed the subject. "You know," Chloe says, "I've wanted to do that for a long time. Kiss you."
This took me by surprise. I hadn't considered the fact that the ginger may have actually wanted to kiss me. "Really?! Why?! I'm so...me! I'm like a scrappy little nobody."
"You are not, Becs!" Chloe says, walking over to me. She grabs my right hand with her left one. "You're are amazing just the way you are." I smile at Chloe's not-so-subtle song reference and I look up at her.
There is a slight shift in the tone in the room and Chloe pulls me in for a short, yet sweet kiss. It's not a lust filled kiss like our kiss downstairs. This one has a different intention behind it. I just can't place my finger on it.
Chloe pulls away after a few moments, and we just stand there for a bit, staring into each others eyes.
Then Chloe says something that shocks me.

"I love you, Beca."

I am stunned and I don't know what to say. My mouth won't move and I just stand there like an idiot.
My lack of response led Chloe to begin to explain. "I understand if you don't feel the same about me Becs, and I don't want to make you uncomfortable or anything. I care to much about you to ruin our friendship. But I can't continue keeping it in, and I-"
I cut her off, "Chloe," I smile.

"I love you too."

"You-you what? Really?!" Chloe's crystal eyes begin to fill with tears- tears of joy. She smiles wider than I have ever seen her smile, and that's saying something.
"Chloe I love you so much. I can't even begin to express my love for you."
She then pulls me in for another short, sweet kiss. And this time I am able to place my finger on the intent behind the kiss. Love.

Sorry for the short update! But I really liked the natural ending and I didn't want to mess up the sweetness and vulnerability of this chapter. I will try to update again soon!
