I waited for Bennett to continue what he's trying to say a while ago, but the MC had already spoken "Hello ladies and gentlemen, before we start all the ones to be talked about. We would like to congratulate Mr. Frazier for another success, and happy birthday, and of course Mr. Bennett Frazier's engagement party to a wonderful woman, Ms-"

" Ms. Abby Baker, let's give her a round of applause" people clapped, but I was beyond shocked, I looked at Bennett and he looks shocked too. "Have you known any of these?" I whispered to him shock still evident in my voice. 

"Yes but let me-" he was stopped by the devil herself, Abby, "Hey babe, looks like you've brought a guest?-" she looked at me, her eyes fill of jealousy, hatred, and disgust. "Hello Naomi, you enjoying our wonderful engagement party, and dad-in-law is over there, he would like to talk to you. Don't worry about her, I'll keep her company" Bennett tried to protest, suddenly his father came towards where the three of us are.

"Bennett, son, you came? I see you've accepted it?" his father asked him while the both men, walked to a further place to talk about their little situation. "So Naomi? have you like someone?" Abby suddenly asked "Would you care if I did?" I asked her my sass is already on for this witch-y woman.

"Well, not that I need to care, depends anyway" Abby answered back, using her fake considerate voice, while my patience is running of I confidently said "Why don't you just get on with the point here? If you want to bother me, please be civilized. We're not in school, so hopefully you'll separate your attitude from there to here. got it?'" I said with a tone of annoyance with hoping that she won't turn this into a scandal.

"Don't worry Naomi, I won't bother you for tonight, anyway. But my only favor is, for tonight you won't talk to him, you got it?" I looked at her dead straight into her eyes "And why not?" I asked her, I mean how dare she?! "Well, you wouldn't want to start the bullies happening so might as well keep your mouth shut" I rolled my eyes "You can't really threaten me much anyway, he's all yours, now leave me alone" she smirked a satisfied one and left me.
