Those Memories...

It has been a while loves! I know! I know! Please don't kill me *whimpers*.

Anyhow, this is just a short update, but I hope it will be enough for this month, I will make sure to update more frequently!

Chap. Rayomi pt.1 of Those Memories...

Naomi's POV (7 yrs old)

I hopped and hopped until I was in front of Raymond's house, his mommy invited me for a playdate! I couldn't really say no now... Raymond is bad but not that bad, I don't know... But I still like to play with him!

I knocked on the door "Mam! It's Naomi!" I said with a smile on my face, excited to play with Raymond, I hope he'll be good even though it's just for today or other days "Hello dear! Come on in" she let me walk inside and I gasped, the inside is very shiny! I heard Raymond's mommy laugh "Does it look bad?" she asked referring to the living room and the pictures I see hanging on the wall " Nope not at all mam! It's just shiny and it's pretty!" I jumped happily " Please call me Ruby, love" I nodded happily "Follow me, I baked cookies, you can eat some while I go get Raymond" she tells me as we enter the kitchen, she placed a plate of cookies on the table and I sat on one of the chairs "Thank you very much, Ruby!" she laughed while waving her hand "It's nothing dear, I'll call him down" she said as she exited the kitchen.

I looked around, their kitchen is very simple but shiny, I know they've been living here for a long time and it looks like they just lived here. While I was wondering if I have assignments to do I heard someone speak "Alright, I'll come down" and I heard footsteps as I do I continue munching on my cookie "Hey Naomi" I see Raymond in a basketball outfit, he waved at me with a small smile "Hey Raymond" he rolled his eyes "It's Ray, and not here please you're here in my house will you please just call me by my name?".

I nodded understanding that I really shouldn't call him that for a moment since we are in his house, so being the good girl I am I agreed with a smile.

"Great! Come on upstairs, I have a PlayStation and two controllers maybe we can play" I smiled wildly, and took the plate full of cookies "I'm ready!" he returned my smile with his and shouted "Mom! We're gonna play upstairs, we also have the cookies!" and we both walked upstairs after hearing Ruby's reply which is 'Okay'.

3 Games of Mario Carts later...

"Oh C'mon!" Ray shouted frustrated and even threw the controller on the bed "You just learned the game! How'd you do that?! You suddenly beat me straight when I almost reach the line!" He stared at me angrily "You Naomi are-" and before I knew it I see admiration in his eyes "the Best!" shocked I started to laugh like a hilariously laugh! I haven't laughed like this in front of him, and it makes me feel happy that we kind of been close.

"What's so funny? You're the best! You have to teach me that trick!" he defended, I took the controller he threw just a while ago, "C'mon I'll teach ya then!" he grinned and took the controller from my hold "I'm gonna be best, you'll see, I'll win three rounds in a row!" I smiled at him brightly and I did a thumbs-up "I know you will!" we laughed and we started another round.
