You are and mostly will always be,
The nicest boy man I have ever met in my life,
You asked me how my day went,
We became friends,
I never felt unwelcome in your presence.Green Day was our mantra,
You strumming your guitar,
I,
Sitting in the chair in taut silence,
Thinking of my thoughts,
Which were about you.You weren't bad,
You weren't angry,
Positive vibes were all I got from you,You were the most refreshing to be with,
Like a cliche cold cup of water down a parched throat,
But,
You liked her,
And I let you be with her.As usual,
I had no dark feelings,
How could I ?,
You were happy and for that I was glad to be apart of the joy you felt.Never mind how it ended,
You made me confident in myself,
And I,
I will always be grateful for that.
