Meet The Twins

Emily POV
I sat on the sofa in the living room, scrolling through on Collins and Devan Instagram page when I feel a bounce from my twin sister, Ruby right next to me. I continue to scroll through the pages with my twin when my heart starts to pound looking at every photo liking and commenting. The Key Brothers were me and Ruby's favorite YouTubers. They were just so funny and super talented, and not bad on the eyes either. We stare at my phone screen as our Mum turns the news on and we see something that catches our eye:

"Key Twins still missing after a remarkable 13 years!"

Ruby and I share a look when we see a picture of two little girls that looked about three or four, who look very similar to something I can't place my finger on. Then we see Collins and Devan come on the TV on an exclusive interview. "We just want them back after 13 years," they sobbed.
"We're going out we'll see you later girls" Mum Exclaimed, ignoring the announcement as if she didn't hear it. Ruby and I wave them off when she looked at me, "Emily...?"
"Ruby, what's up?" I ask her noticing the expression growing on her face.
Her face turns to a pale color when she replied, "I don't mean to scare you, but I think we are Collins and Devan's twin sisters."

I give her a look of disbelief. Oh please! Collins and Devan Key are one of the most famous people we knew. Collins was one of the finalists on America's Got Talent for crying out loud! So hearing my sister utter that statement, it was easy for me to think she was whipping up something crazy. However, she continued her argument, "Think about it! We both have crystal blue eyes, they do too. We both wear a key necklace, like Collins. We both have the same hair color as them and we all share some of the same skills." I watched as a grin starts to form on Ruby's face. "What are we going to do about it?" I a still unsure. I mean, wanted to believe her. I did but..what chance do we have with the billions if twins on this Earth that we're the missing siblings in the picture? Ruby's smile suddenly turns to a frown when suddenly we hear a loud THUD! We snap our heads around to see the post on the floor

My sister walked over towards where the sound was coming from, leaving me on the couch. I rub my eye as the makeup starting bothering my face. Soon Ruby runs at me and yells, "WE'RE GOING TO CALIFORNIA!!" My eyes bulged, "Wait what??" She began to shake my shoulders, "WE GOT ACCEPTED INTO STANFORD COLLEGE WE APPLIED TO! THEY SAID YESS!" I screamed! Oh my gosh! I can't believe we're going to California! With the sandy beaches, the amazing rays of sunshine, the beach boys... But to be with my sister to is a dream come true!

I hug her when Mum and Dad walk in. "Girls what's with the screaming?" Our Dad asks intrigued. Ruby and I smile at each other when she remarked, "Well tomorrow me and Ruby are leaving to go to California because we got accepted into their college, so no more Rose Way High!" We did our twin handshake as our Dad grinned at us before speaking, "We're going on vacation there for a couple of weeks and then you start after the summer break." I smile at Ruby and hug her.

I can't even imagine that the college actually lets me in. My sister is a straight A student all that my report card has is B's and C's. I'm not proud of it but I don't know why I get things wrong all the time. I just have a hard time focusing on what I read and the words get mixed up.. It's probably just some weird quirk some people have..nothing super serious. Anyways, I should be happy that the college accepted me in and I shouldn't question it.

We run upstairs and go on Instagram to see our account consisting of 1 million followers. We take a picture with the caption "Got accepted in Stanford College in California!" tagging our fans when Collins and Devan like our post and follow us. How I can't wait to go to California but one thing rushed through my mind, were me and Ruby actually Collins and Devan's long-lost Twins?
