For we shall grow old,
While some who fought young,
Died alone and unknown.
We give our thank you,
With poppies of love,
To all the brave who,
Fought to keep us above.

All the brave souls,
They fought for freedom,
For us who they didn't know.
All the horrors,
Ghastly and cruel.
They faced for us,
We give our thank you.
