                Patricks POV:

I was laying in bed, eyes open. I signed knowing today is the day I have to get back into the Studio. I sit up, looking to my phone seeing it's only 8:00 am. I got up making my way to the bathroom to get ready. I'm sure the guys are already there waiting.

I finished up, hearing the buzz of my text tone go off on my phone I knew it had to be Pete. I run to my phone looking at it seeing the name Peter Panda with several Panda emoji lining the sides of the name (Pete insisted on the use of emoji's.) I should wait before texting him back, right? Like just maybe 5 minutes just not to look anxious.

I opened the text to read it, taking my time so I could text him back in 5 minutes...But I really wanted to text him now. I didn't want to look desperate...I shouldn't really worry about what he thinks, he's my best friend.

Hey trick where are you? we're waiting.

I hate being called Trick. Petes probably the only one who could call me that and actually get away with it. People usually called me by my name, or had one nickname for me. Not Pete though. He had several variations of my name, and several pointless words (aka: Healthbar, lunchbox. I mean, where did he even come up with those?) were used in place of my real name.

I seen it has been 5 minutes since Pete texted me so I opened the message again, hitting the reply button

Hey, I'm on my way now should be there in 15 minutes

I hit send and headed for the door, making sure I had my house keys and my wallet. It was cold as a chicago night could be, and I pulled the thin cardigan tighter around myself
No matter the weather, it was nice to be back in Chicago with the guys again.

I made my Journey down the road to the Studio. iT was only a 15 minutes drive from my house, but knowing me I'm always late. As I pulled into the parking lot, I saw joe's car and Andy's

but Pete's wasn't there. Where was he? I park my car in my spot, taking in a deep breath opening the door, knowing that being back at work is going to be a very long day.

I got to see Pete the whole time, which was a plus. Now that the band was back together I could see him whenever. A downfall to that is...he doesn't really know how I feel, I'm sure no one does other than Joe. But joe...he keeps telling me to say something or to make a move but it's hard when you don't know if he would even be into you like that.

I walked up to the building, opened the door and made my way to the guys. "Hey! you made it" Joe said, taking a seat next to me." Yeah I'm here where did pete go?" I asked making sure Andy couldn't hear me. Andy has figured something out...he knows I'm hiding something he just doesn't know what yet.

I don't really want to take the risk of him overthinking me saying something simple about Pete and figuring it out, or something like that. " He went to get pizza" Joe said with a sad tone. "Well we should get set up then and wait till he gets back." I said getting up and walking to the Equipment.

I fixed my mic and took my guitar plugging it into the amp, joe and Andy followed along setting there things up. About 5 minutes later Pete walked through the door, looking freaking stunning in a simple black hoodie and black skinny jeans, holding two boxes of pizza.

"Hey 'Trick! You're finally here!"he exclaimed, placing the food down and setting his stuff up.
'Yeah, I couldn't find my wallet...and it had my driver's license in it and of course I couldn't leave without it and-" Joe looked at me, and rolled his eyes, basically a sign telling me to stop rambling.

I blushed, which if anyone asked I could always blame on the cold air, I shrugged to show I was done talking.
"Yeah, makes sense. I still haven't found the last song." Pete said, he had been rambling ever since we had called our album "Done" about needing another song. So far the songs we had were:
