"Haunty! Will you please stop losing the battle?!" Emma cried. Haunty, however, was being ripped to shreds by the trainer's Raichu. Haunty was nearly killed. Emma groaned and handed over a few thousand dollars. "Be careful what you say, Miss. The Haunter is more powerful than you think..." The trainer whispered mysteriously before vanishing.
She'll.. S-she'll never know my name is Star.. Haunty telepathically stammered to the invisible trainer. Emma never seemed to notice the black star imprinted in Haunty's forehead. A lightened ring of pink developed around Star/Haunty, while a red and white glow cursed Emma. "V-Vv! Vol!" Emma cried. Her legs folded and she dropped to the floor. Her arms did the same and her hair shrank back into her head. Her neck collapsed and she was now a pale ball. Red struck the half top of Emma's rather round body, and white lined the bottom. "Voltorb!" Emma growled. It was translated between the three beings; You jerks! Star stuck out her tongue, purified with evil, at Emma. Limbs began to grow in for Star. "Gosh.. What a pity that I get to be human and you are a stupid Voltorb.." Star said, leaking from her mind. She had began to become a purple human. Her hands became gentle and long, purple hair draped from her egg-shaped head. A purple dress pinned with black sequins layered her nude chest. Her purplish skin turned peach. Star's transformation was done. "Hmm.. I'll rename you Volty!" Star giggled. That created frustration for Emma. Suddenly, she was hit by a Pokeball, however by Star. But that was the consequences of calling a Haunter names.
