Arranged Love

Astrid covered herself with a blanket as Loki walked into their room. Loki smiled gently at Astrid as he walked into bathroom to get ready for bed. He took one book and the other he gave to Astrid. Both of them reading in silence. Loki felt something on his shoulder. He looked down and saw Astrid fell asleep. Her hair on her face.
Loki moved a strand of her behind her ear and looked at her beautiful face. He looked at her pink lips and felt the need to kiss them. He breathed and turned back to his book.
A couple of hours later he felt tired. He gently moved Astrid's head on pillow and covered both of them. He looked at her face next to him. Astrid smiled in her sleep and moved closer to Loki. His eyes widened as she buried her head in his neck. Loki put his hand around her waist and pulled her closer to him, falling asleep.
In the morning, Astrid woke up and looked up. She smiled as she saw Loki still sleeping.
Astrid tried to get up but Loki's arm around her waist was holding her in place. She giggled and Loki opened his eyes. He looked down at her and his eyes widened. He moved his hand and sighed.
"I'm sorry."
Astrid smiled and took his hand.
"I don't mind."
Loki went to say something but someone knocked on door.
"Yes?"
The guard on other side spoke.
"Prince Loki, king Odin asked for you in his throne room."
Loki sighed and run his fingers through his long hair.
"I'm coming."
Loki turned to Astrid and looked guilty.
"I'm sorry, Astrid."
Astrid smiled.
"Don't worry about me. Go."
Loki nodded and got up. Before he left, he leaned down to Astrid and placed a sweet kiss on her cheek.
Astrid smiled as he left the room. She put her hand on place where he kissed her.
