[COMPLETE] The Struggle

Chapter 15

              Month Three

Three months have passed. Skylar was starting to teethe, so she had this ring that you would put in the freezer or fridge, and when she chewed on it, it would num her mouth. It seems to work. Zane was outside, mowing the grass, and Kawaii-Chan, was inside with Skylar, player with her.

Zane was almost done mowing the grass, when he suddenly had an urge. He then proceeded to jump into the pool. The slash was so loud, that it made Kawaii-Chan take Skylar outside. "COLD!!" screamed Zane.

"Haha!" said Kawaii-Chan, laughing. "That's what you get for eating all of the cupcakes!" Zane turned bright red. "Well, once Skylar is at least 6 months, she can swim with us." said Zane, changing the subject.

"She can, but I hope she won't turn the water to ice." replied Kawaii-Chan. She looked at Skylar, who was trying to touch the water. Kawaii-Chan knelt down, and let her touch the water. "How does it feel Sky?" said Zane. Skylar laughed, and made the water go icy cold. "CCCCOOOOLLLLDD!!!" shouted Zane, and swam out of pool.

"Well, you guys are going to have fun!" said a familiar voice. It was Raiden, Kawaii-Chan's first younger brother. "Hey little bro!" said Kawaii-Chan.

"I herd Zane shouting, and came to see what was going on!" said Raiden. "Also, I really enjoyed meeting Skylar last month." Her side of the family had met the new arrival last month. (That's why I skipped it, but let's just say...Kawaii-Chans mom and dad both cried, and revealed something big!)

"Hello Sky!" said Raiden. Skylar looked at him, and smiled. "You know sis, I kind of saw you the day you had Skylar." said Raiden.

"How!?!" both of the Ro'Maeves said.

"Well, I work at the hospital, and herd your voices when you had just gotten there." replied Raiden. They kept on talking for a while.

Time skip, from UNDER THE SEA!! Current time: 11:23 am.

Everyone was inside. No none was doing anything, but sleeping. It was peaceful, and quiet. Then, the sound of silence was ruined by the crying of Kawaii-Chan. Zane woke up, and found Kawaii-Chan looking at photos of her and a cat. "Honey, what is it?" asked Zane.

"Y-Y-You know when you were asked to leave the room, and my siblings and I were in there?" asked Kawaii-Chan.

"Yeah, why?" asked Zane, worried.

"Well, my cat that I had a a little mei'fwa, when I was 8 or 9, sadly died." replied Kawaii-Chan, tearing up.

Zane looked at her. He then remembered Squeakers, who died of old age when he was a pre-teen. He then, was tearing up. "I know what you are going through, so if you need anything, talk to me, okay?" said Zane.

Kawaii-Chan looked at him, and hugged him. "T-T-Thank you, Zane~Kun." she said. They were having a bonding moment, when Skylar woke up. Zane let go for a little bit, got Skylar, and went back to hugging, but this time, Skylar was hugging them as well. This was their first bonding moment as an entire family.

Second time skip, given to you by THE EVIP PEOPLEZ. Current time after skip: 2:46 pm. I know I am skipping around, but I know you want to get to the good parts.

Since Skylar was down for her nap, Zane and Kawaii-Chan had nothing to do. They both then got a text from Aaron saying that Aphmau had had the baby. Zane immediately called his mom to ask her to take care of Skylar. Zianna was there in no time.

Zane and Kawaii-Chan left for the hospital. In the car, Zane was telling Kawaii-Chan about how fat Sapphire was getting. "Yeah, she has been gaining weight recently." said Kawaii-Chan.

As they arrived, they saw the other doctors who had helped them. "Hello Mr and Mrs. Ro'maeve!" said Dr. Driscoll.

"Oh hello!" said Kawaii-Chan. "Do you know where Aphmau Brav-"

"Room G15, floor 7"

"Um...okay!"

Heading up those stairs was like going down memory lane. They had memories of holding Skylar, to leaving the hospital. As they entered the room, they saw Aphmau, Aaron, Sylvanna, and Melissa. Derek and Rachel couldn't come, but Melissa came in a heartbeat.

"Guys, I want you to meet our son, Andrew." said Aphmau.

Hey guys, it's Leona. I'm glad that you read this chapter!!! WAIT, this is the second chapter inside the deadline?? SCREEEEEEEEEECCCHHH!!! I did it!! Now, there might be a delay on the next chapter, or none at all this week. Nether the less, I am happy I had time this weekend to write this chapter!! Meow...gonna watch Starlight or....*sniff* Emerald Secret. Anyways, BYE!!!!
