"Aspen I swear if you don't shut up I will kill you!" Threatened Jackie, tightening the grip around her notebook.

"It's not my fault that you hate my Aria's darling but everyone else loves them!" She squeaked happily, the entire clubhouse groaned. "Groan all you want, you're all just jealous while of me and my Lee!" She huffed, then looked around for her 'lover.'

"Actually I never really heard him say that you were together so..." Inquired Max, stepping in.

"Max, shut up. It's not like your love life with Emma is going any better." She retorted, Max looked hurt at the memory of her leaving, Hayley stepped up in front of him.

"Knock it off Aspen! Don't take out your shit on Max!" Hayley defended him. Max smiled at Hayley, knowing that she was the type of person to stand up for herself. "You've only been here for a week and you've already annoyed the crap out of everyone."

"Well if it isn't the boyfriend stealing brat!" Aspen spat "Too bad you're just taking your anger out on me. That my sweet Lee loves me and you were just his plaything." She said, titling her head innocently.

Hayley looked at Aspen with disgust. "I hate this stupid school." She said, turning around and storming out of the raven's clubhouse. Directly after entering she happened to unfortunately bump into Leo.

Leo looked down at her it's worry, she looked so upset and he just wanted to hold her and tell her everything was ok. "Hayley what's wrong?" He asked, softly grabbing her shoulders. Hayley shrugged it off.

"Don't worry about me, worry about your girlfriend." She murmured, trying to walk away but Leo grabbed her arm.

"I told you already she's not my girlfriend. We broke up while she was in London. She's convinced herself that we're together and I can't bring myself to say no to her because of how long I've known her." He said.

"Right, so it doesn't even matter if I get hurt along the way, as long as Dear Aspen is happy right?" Hayley mocked, breaking free from Leo's grip and storming off.

-

Hayley was sitting out by the beach, completely tuned out to anything else. How could things have gone from so perfect to so horrible in only a matter of seconds?

"Hey." Someone said.

Hayley turned her head to see none other than Daniel himself, still on crutches of course.

"My days bad enough Daniel. I don't need you making it worse." Hayley said.

Daniel sat himself down on the sand next to her. "Nah you're brother's already done that for you." Daniel joked. Referring to how Alex and Brooke were now together.

"Oh...right." Spoke Hayley. "This makes this conversation even more awkward than before."

"Well, how I feel about your brother is besides the fact. I just wanted to let you know that. Leo...he was a real asshole to you at the party." Daniel said. "I know I was a bit of a jerk too but-"

"A bit?" Questioned Hayley.

"Okay a huge jerk." Finished Daniel.

"You ruined a perfectly good cake!" Argued Hayley playfully, causing the two to erupt into laughter.

"But honestly, you deserve better than that guy. Screw him." Daniel said.

"Yeah, screw him!" Agreed Hayley, throwing her arms in the air. Then she looked over at Daniel and smiled, maybe he wasn't such a bad guy after all.

And before you even think it, NO! NO WAY WOULD SHE EVER EVEN CONSIDER DATING DANIEL! Hayley inwardly screeched, thinking about it herself, but maybe he wasn't such a bad guy.

"You know, you're alright." Said Daniel "For a Raven."

"Yeah yeah Eagle." Chastised Hayley. "Keep talking." She then looked at him, actual sincerity in her next question.

"Are we gonna be ok?" Asked Hayley.

"Yeah..." Answered Daniel. "We will be."

-

Hayley walked back to the dorm, whoever thought she would become somewhat friends with Daniel, but the world was a crazy place.

As she walked into the Raven's clubhouse she found none other than Louis Osmond having a heated conversation with Aspen.

"You can't kick me out! I'm practically the best student here!" Shouted Aspen, stomping her foot on the ground like a child.

"Miss Fairchild, you have done more harm then good! You have disrupted the lives of all my students, made the distracted from their work. And overall have disappointed me, you will leave the Greenhouse immediately!" Mr. Osmond ordered.

"Fine!" She screeched, storing back to her bed to pack her things. Then she spotted Leo and went running over to him and wrapped her arms around him. "Darling they want to take me away from you! Lets leave together!" She stated happily. Leo slowly unwrapped her arms, realizing this might be his one chance to escape Aspen's clutches.

"Yeah um...I think its best...If you go by yourself." He said awkwardly. Aspen looked at him in disbelief.

"FINE! BUT I DUMPED YOU!" She shouted grabbing her suitcase and slamming the door.

The second she did Jackie smiled wider than anyone had seen her smile before. "THE ASS-PEN IS GONE!" She proclaimed and the entire clubhouse broke into cheers.

Hayley saw Leo making his way over to her and braced herself for the worst. "I'm honestly so glad she's gone." Leo breathed a sigh. "Does this...fix anything between us?"

Hayley angrily turned at him. "No, Leo. It really does not change anything, in fact. Please, if it's not related to a challenge, just stay away from me." She spat and walked off.

Leo looked around to the ravens for someone of support.

"You messed up, that's on you. I'm gonna go check on her, since her designated 'picker upper' turned out to be a douche." Jackie glared at him and then followed Hayley.

"Well then." Said Mr. Osmond. "I believe I should start searching for our next Raven, they should be here soon." Said Mr. Osmond.
