Chapter 27
Els POV:
It's been a few days since the party and jack leaving. Madi Tina hayes Nash Taylor and Shawn are still here. They've been so helpful. The last thing I remember was madi dragging me to magcon.
I slipped on grey sweat pants and a purple tank top. I re did the messy bun I had put in last night. I slowly made my say down stairs, still not being 100%.
I smelt bacon sizzling in the kitchen. My eyes followed the smell to see shawn in the kitchen cooking it. That's when there was a flicker of memories. I felt like Shawn and bacon just fit like two puzzle pieces.
I sat down at the table with everyone, next to hayes across from taylor. I looked into his beautiful brown eyes for a moment before my head shot down in front of me to see many prices of delicious crispy bacon.
I looked up the arm putting it down to see Shawn's glowing face and smile. "Just how you like it!" He giggle and took the remaining seat next to me.
I took a piece and bite it as my mouth watered from the savory taste.
"How'd you know!" I said eating more. The whole tables stared at my probably horrific manors.
"Remember you told me once at magc-" he paused. "Oh never mind"
His bright smile faded slightly.
"No no tell me." I insisted thinking that maybe it would trigger something.
"Well, you came up to me a morning if magcon and we talked for a while, and you took a piece of bacon."
I walked up behind him and put my hands over his eyes.
"Hey Canada." He laughed.
"Hey el."
"NOO this is Patrick!"
We both laughed as I sat next to him.
"What's up butter cup." He asked. Awh so adorable again.
"Nuthin" I said taking a piece of bacon from his plate.
"Mm crispy just how I like it!"
There it was. My memory.
