Arranged Marriage

Chapter 2

Kyungsoo finally makes it to his home and unlocks the door. Upon hearing the door open and close Sehun runs towards the door.

"Soo hyung you're back," Sehun said happily. Kyungsoo tried to pretend that everything is okay but Sehun knowing Kyungsoo knew something was wrong.

"What's wrong, and don't you dare tell me there's nothing wrong," Sehun asks. Kyungsoo looks down trying to hold back the tears. Sehun holds Kyungsoo hand making him look up.

"The king and queen wants me to move into the castle and they are not going to change their minds," Kyungsoo said softly.

"Oh," Sehun says letting go of Kyungsoo hand. This makes Kyungsoo's heart hurt. Sehun takes a few steps away from Kyungsoo. After a few minutes of silence Kyungsoo decides to speak up.

"Please say something," Kyungsoo says trying to make sure his voice doesn't crack.

"What do you want me to say Kyungsoo," Sehun asks raising his voice a little.

"I- just say anything," Kyungsoo says hoping for Sehun to actually say something.

"Can't you deny the offer or tell them that you can't. Is it just that you cant say no or do you really want to marry the prince," Sehun said getting angry. Kyungsoo was about to say something but Sehun cut him off.

"You know what just pack you're things and go, I don't want to see you," Sehun said while walking away. Kyungsoo quickly back hugs Sehun.

"No S-Sehun, you p-promised that you will stay by my s-side, n-no matter w-what," Kyungsoo said while stuttering. Sehun felt his shirt getting wet, he turned around and saw that Kyungsoo was crying. This was the first time he saw Kyungsoo cry and it broke his heart.

"I'm sorry Soo, I'm so sorry. Please stop crying okay," Sehun said as he wiped Kyungsoo's tears away. This just made Kyungsoo cry even more. He pulls away from Sehun not wanting him to see him like that. Sehun pulls Kyungsoo in a tight hug and Kyungsoo try's to pull away from him.

"I'm sorry, I just... I'm afraid of losing you. You're my best friend, we have been together since I could remember. I don't want you to leave," Sehun said.

"Do y-you t-think that I w-want t-to leave? I d-don't w-want to. I'm a-afraid S-Sehun and I d-don't want to leave y-you," Kyungsoo says.

"It's okay Soo I'm here, I'm not going anywhere," Sehun says. This time Sehun really means it no matter what happens he'll stay with Kyungsoo. If staying with him prevents Kyungsoo from crying then he'll do it. Hell Sehun would sacrifice the whole world if it means he'll never see Kyungsoo cry again. There they stood hugging each other not caring about the outside world. Sehun heard the smaller boy yawn so he picked up Kyungsoo and headed to his own room. He gently lays Kyungsoo down then he proceeds to lay down next to Kyungsoo.

"I'm going to miss you Sehun," Kyungsoo said softly and Sehun softly smiled at him.

"Don't say it as if you are never going to see me again. I'll call everyday, I'll see you at school, and I'll visit you if they allow me in the castle. Which they will because look at me, I look more like a prince than price Chanyeol," Sehun said making Kyungsoo laugh. Sehun smile even bigger than before. Oh how much he is going to miss his adorable hyung.

"I'll still be paying half of the rent," Kyungsoo said once he was done laughing.

"No hyung, it's okay I'll pay for it," Sehun said but Kyungsoo shook his head.

"What kind of hyung would I be if I didn't pay, plus it will make me feel as if I still lived here," he says while closing his eyes. Sehun took advantage of the time to admire Kyungsoo looks. If you didn't guess it by now, Sehun is utterly in love with his best friend. It hurt Sehun knowing that Kyungsoo is going to marry someone who isn't him. Sehun gently places his hand on Kyungsoo cheeks making Kyungsoo open his eyes.

"What did I do in my past life to deserve you," Sehun said making Kyungsoo blush. Sehun chuckles at this and pulls Kyungsoo closer to him. He can feel Kyungsoo body relax into his. After a few minutes Sehun can feel Kyungsoo's breathing start to slow down, indicating that Kyungsoo is falling asleep. Sehun smiles lovingly at his short hyung and closes his eyes to sleep.

"Baekhyun you should have seen him, it's as if he wanted to run away," Chanyeol explains to Baekhyun on what happened early.

"He probably does but knowing him he won't," Baekhyun said making Chanyeol sigh.

"Why don't you want to marry him Chanyeol," Baekhyun asks.

"Because I don't know him and I'm in love with someone else," Chanyeol said making Baekhyun raise an eye brow.

"Well don't just sit there tell me who this person is," Baekhyun said.

"It's you, you idiot," Chanyeol said making Baekhyun completely speechless.

"Oh, you know I love you too.." Baekhyun said softly. Chanyeol knew he wanted to say something else.

"But..." Chanyeol said waiting for Baek to finish his sentence.

"But I only love you as a friend, I'm sorry," Baekhyun said and Chanyeol just looked down. 'Huh I guess I was chasing after someone who didn't love me,' Chanyeol thought. All of a sudden marrying Kyungsoo doesn't seem that bad. Chanyeol at least had a second choice and Chanyeol guess that the second choice is Kyungsoo.

"It's okay Baekhyun, I knew deep down inside you didn't love me back romantically," Chanyeol said with a smile. Baekhyun smiles back at him.

"So are you going to give Kyungsoo a shot," Baekhyun asks and Chanyeol nods. 'It wouldn't hurt to try, I mean I am marrying the guy,' Chanyeol thought.
