3.The Third Great Ninja War

Kakashi pov:

"Sensei, Today I'm captain so I want to try out a new Jutsu I've been working on" I start doing the hand signs to my jutsu, Ox...Rabbit...Monkey, "Chidori!" I start to run at the enemy ninja.

~Time skip because author~chan is honestly too lazy to explain so go look it up if u haven't seen it~

"I'll be taking her now" The enemy ninja said

"RIN!" Obito and Miiku yelled, "DAMN IT" Obito yelled running to were they disappeared

"Obito, don't go after them. They need intel so they won't kill her and luckily Rin is a medical ninja so even if she ends up as a prisoner of war she would be treated cordially,but if they obtain information they will no doubt tighten security on the bridge and that will make our job difficult for now we should complete the mission" I say looking at the two of them

"What about Rin?" Both of them questioned

"Rin comes later" I said

"Your assuming Rin's safety under baseless assumptions! What if those guys are just lackeys who don't give a damn?!" Obito said pointing his finger at Kakashi.

"A ninja...must sacrifice a comrade in order to complete a mission. That's the rule" I explained, "If we fail this mission, it is possible that the war will be prolonged and many more lives will be sacrificed." Miiku was looking at me in horror, while Obito got mad

"That's just an assumption! And for something like that you're willing to simply abandon a comrade who's been through life and death with you?!" Obito said getting angrier each time Kakashi spoke

"That was Rin's duty" I said simply

Miiku pov:

Obito punched Kakashi in the face, "I don't like you, after all" he said

"I don't care. I'm the captain. You will obey me" Kakashi glared.

"WELL I WON'T" I Yelled, Obito and Kakashi looked at me, " I WON'T FOLLOW SOMEONE WHO DESERTS THEIR COMRADES! I THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN THIS KAKASHI HATAKE, SEEMS I WAS WRONG" Tears were streaming out my eyes..."I'll wait for you to finish talking with him Obito, then we can go save Rin" I said looking away from Kakashi.

"Obito, you're not strong. That is why I was chosen as captain of this team" I gasped at Kakashi's words, Obito grabbed him "Then why won't you save Rin?!" He asked

"If you give into your emotions for even a moment, and fail your mission, you will regret it later. That is why our code of conduct forbids any emotional feelings." He stated

"Rin was concerned about your well being. That's why she gave you that medkit, she even sewed a protective amulet inside!" He said with tears in his eyes. "The medkit and medical ninjutsu are superb systems developed by the Hidden Leaf in order to increase the success rate of our missions. To carry out his mission, Useful tools are essential to a ninja, something like emotions are useless." Obito tightened his grip on the straps of Kakashi's holster for his sword staring at him unbelievingly.

"Are you serious...?!" He asked

"Yeah...I am." He looked away with a sad emotion before turning back to normal

"Forget it. You and I have been like Water and Oil from the start, I'm going to rescue Rin" He let go of Kakashi and started to walk away until he got to me, then he stopped "Sure in the world of the ninja, those who break the rules and regulations are regarded as scum...But...Those who abandon their comrades are worse than scum!" Obito said looking back, Kakashi's eyes widened " I'm gonna be trash anyways, so I chose to break the rules" Obito turned back around.

"In this world of hatred, will there ever be peace? It's a question my godfather asks himself constantly and he said that when he dies he shall pass on the quest for peace to me and any other siblings I might have. Once one of the Legendary Sannin was like you and wanted to abandon my godfather, Jiraiya, and move on but Tsunade the medic of the Sannin refused so they waited until he got better. Now Jiraiya was given the blessing of naming my next little brother or sister if I have one...but none of that would have happened if Orichmaru left Jiraiya for dead. Think about your actions Kakashi or you could lose something precious" I said before me and Obito jumped into the trees looking for Rin.

~Le time skip to when they find the hideout btw Kakashi's left eye his damaged during a fight then Obito awakens sharingan~

After saving Rin the cavern started to collapse, "Everyone run!" Kakashi yelled. We all started running but Kakashi got hit on his blind spot, "KAKASHI" Obito yelled grabbing him and the threw him over to safety. When we awoke the smoke had just started to clear "Are you alright Rin, Kakashi, Miiku?" Obito said...I gasped a boulder had crushed one entire side of Obito. "Obito!" Kakashi called out as he ran over to him... "oh yea you were made Jonin today, I forgot to give you your present. Well, I can be your eye, I give you my Sharingan, Rin can help implant it." He said smiling

~Time skip to end of le war~

Kakashi stood looking out into the distance while I sulked and Rin stood between us silent tears streaming down her cheeks. Suddenly I laughed a cold bitter laugh, Rin and Kakashi looked at me " Well ain't life a b*tch, Taking him away like that" I said bitterly. Kakashi just stared while Rin said "Yea". I stared at the sky, "YOU HEAR ME YOU DANG GOD OR WHATEVER YOU ARE UP THERE! WHY? WHY DID YOU DO IT? I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SH*T" I yelled in frustration. Rin went up to Minato sensei while Kakashi chased after me in the Forest, "Well well if it isn't two of the leaf brats" a voice said behind me and we both tensed up, "You killed my partner so I think I'll hurt you some more white-haired brat" The man snarled grabbing me, "I'm gonna brainwash this little red head and then leave her for dead in a place where you can never find her...then the guilt will eat away at you until you can't handle it and go crazy!" he laughed as he started to disappear in the ground. "NO" Kakashi yelled but by the time he got to me I was already gone.

3rd person pov:

"MIIKU NO!" Kakashi shouted which made Rin and minato sensei run to where he was.

"Kakashi what happened?"Minato asked as he rubbed the back of the crying figure

"I...I was too late, he took her" He sobbed

"Calm down and tell us what happened, Kakashi" Minato soothed him

"I ran after miiku because she was upset and ran in here suddenly a Hidden Rock ninja took her away saying he was gonna brainwash her and then leave her for dead because he wanted to see me and everyone else suffer" Kakashi sobbed

And just like that two precious friends were taken from Kakashi's life on the same day, and Minato would have to break the news to his wife

A/N: So this ends the arc with rin and Kakashi for now *Cough cough spoilers Cough cough*

But im sure some of you guessed that the main character can't be wiped away so easily.

i'll tell you know she will be back just not as you hoped. Anyways now we get to see what happens while she grows up! does she get brain washed? Does she ever meet up with Kakashi and Rin again? What about Her mother and father? What will happen next?
