PART ONE : Drunk (1)

It all started with a drunken kiss. But before that, there was the agonizing silence.

       It was after their Reflection tour that they decided to have a small intimate party, just them and their team. They rented out the rooftop and penthouse of a hotel and prepared a small feast. Afterwards, Ally initiated an open forum, where they each gave out heartfelt speeches mostly about how thankful they are. Others admitted their mistakes and asked for forgiveness. Lauren was glad that Ally chose to do this. It was the perfect timing. A lot of things happened during their last few shows. Well, mostly with Lauren and her best friend.

Wait is she still my best friend?  Lauren was constantly peeking at the brunette across from her. Camila cried the most even when she wasn't included on their speeches. Finally it was Camila's time to speak. Lauren felt her heart beat rapidly in anticipation.

She's gonna say it now .  After her speech, everyone clapped except for Lauren. She just stood there with disappointment on her eyes. Camila didn't confess about why she's acting strange and distant for the past few weeks. She just gave out a "Camila speech". Wonderful with eloquent words weaved around the topic on her growth, her sincere gratitude to everyone in the room and her realizations along the road. Everyone seemed happy and content about it. Dinah hugged her first, then Normani and then Ally. Lauren wanted to hug Camila too but she's waiting for her to say sorry first.

She's the one who started this.

Someone enthusiastically screamed, "GROUP HUG!" which made Lauren forgot about her negative feelings. They laughed at how they can't properly hug at all because of how many they are.

"We fucking did it!" Will Bracey bellowed.

Sean joined, "We will slay on our next era!"The group hollered in agreement. 

"Fuck yeah!"

 "Woo hoo!" 

Then they were stomping their feet and chanting, "Fifth Harmony! Fifth Harmony! "

The voices and steps got louder and faster. "Fifth Harmony! Fifth Harmony! " Gradually increasing until they shouted in loud unison," FIFTH HARMONY!" They cheered. The circle dispersed so they can each hug properly and say their own personal sentiments, moving on to the other so all of them can have a turn. Lauren didn't notice that Camila gave her a brief hug due to all the commotion. She only noticed that it was her when she smelled a distinct sweet perfume. "Camila?"

She looked at Camila who was now hugging Dinah besides her, hoping she'd look back. But she didn't.

While everyone was still conversing, someone yelled, "It's PARTY TIME!" effectively removing the open forum's aftermath vibes. Their hit single Worth it was booming out loud on the speakers. Everyone was ecstatic and began to sing along. Sean, Normani and Dinah stepped in the middle of the room to dance the choreography in a more exaggerated way. They were all laughing and having fun.

It was a picture perfect moment. Almost.

Lauren wanted it to be. There's that twinge of guilt whenever she sees Camila. Lauren knows she's not into parties. Usually at times like this, she's persuading her to join into the dance floor. Make her feel like she belongs. But it's different now. They're together but at the same time, they're not. For the past few weeks, their relationship was tainted and became almost nonexistent when Camila decided to shut herself from others. She would only talk to her mom.

Is it something I did? Why is she doing this? She hates me? Is our friendship really over?

Camila wandered off to the food area.

Lauren wanted to go where Camila is. To make her smile.

Camila what the fucks wrong with you? You're making me worry so much.
