This takes place when they are all in High school. Zach and Luca are seniors, Megan and Stacy are sophomores. I am going to be honest and admit that I asked for MandyMuch’s help in writing this. I just ran some ideas by her and asked her which she thinks would her characters most likely do.
Hope you enjoy this. Before you ask this is from their HIGH SCHOOL days.
“We are playing the Rangers tonight! They have great stats, but ours are better. We are going to go out there and own the field. We are going to teach them that they can’t beat us on our own turf.” Luca gave the talk towards his teammates.
They were less than half an hour away from walking onto the field to play their fifth game of the season.
The guys let out a cheer and high fived each other, getting pumped to own the field.
Zach adjusted his football jersey and grinned at his best friend. This was going to be an awesome night. They had worked hard all week coming up with some destructive plays that were going to rip the other team a new one.
He loved the field, the rush of running past the other players with a football tucked securely in your arm. The feeling of scoring a touchdown, as the crowd yells out your name and goes wild. He also like the cheerleaders in their barely there clothes, especially when they began to dance and move around in them.
The games were fun but hard work, they were exhausted after each play and the sweat poured down their faces. The only thing that kept them going was the after party.
It was tradition to have a party at one of the player’s houses. Most parents knew what went on at those parties but they felt like the guys deserved a break after a tough week. The parties were equipped with beer, hard A, and hot girls. What else could a guy ask for?
The couch blew the whistle to let the men know that they needed to head to the field. A loud scatter over took the locker room as the players whooped and shuffled out of the room.
As soon as they hit the turf the crowd went crazy. The cheerleaders led them into their traditional cheer. Luca was the captain of the team so he gathered them around and gave them a quick but encouraging talk. He had a way with words that seemed to relax even the most frightened player.
The game began soon and the plays started to form. Luca scored the first touchdown! Paving the way for the win. Into the last quarter the score was tied, the Rangers played just as well as the other team, but in the last minute Zach toppled with the football across the touchdown line.
The spirit of the Friday night football game was heard throughout the town as roars of excitement let out of the lips from the crowd.
The couch gave them a “good job” talk and let the boys leave so they can get to their parties. A lot of them just showered at the school and went to the party from there, but a few decided to go home to get ready.
