8 - Bennoda First Kiss (Linkin Park) Chester X Mike

Chester POV: (Yes, you've heard the story before 😉)

I just joined my friend Mike's band and it's so amazing. I've always dreamed of being in a band like this and Mike is making my dreams come true!!

Ok, so Mike. He is fkking AWESOME! We just met not too long ago but I just have this connection to him, I sometimes feel like we are soulmates or something. Mike is always grinning at me while I'm being goofy, and I just love making him laugh. He gives me a reason to continue my singing, I always feel happy when he is around. Just the other day he was upset, and I was feeling lonely, we ended up eating cookies together. It's a memory I keep replaying in my mind. It's like he was instantly happy after talking to me and I just love that I was able to make him laugh.

I was just walking down the road and I found this toy store... it looked cool, so I walked in and found this robot plushie. It reminded me of Mike it was so cute I just had to buy it for him. I hope it makes him smile. I hope he likes it. I'm headed to the studio now to see him, sometimes I just really want to see him. I bought new glasses, I wonder if he will notice.

"Hi Chester!" Mike says to me. Oh my gosh he said my name and it sounded adorable...

"Hey Mike" I can feel my face turning red.

"Uhm I found something that reminded me of you..." I hold out the robot to him. I'm suddenly feeling shy, maybe I shouldn't have gotten him something so silly.

"...Didn't know if you would like it but..." Mike looks up at me, his eyes are extra pretty today. He takes the robot from me.

"It's beautiful, thank you" He says. I feel instantly happy that he likes it and that I am with him.

"I've been so happy since I met you" I tell him as I lean on his shoulder. He doesn't push me away.

"I've been happy since I met you too Chester" He tells me.

I sit up. I have this sort of adrenaline rush now. "Really?" I ask.

"Yes. Really." He says. He's leaning towards me slowly. He is so close to me. My heart is racing. I close my eyes. He kisses me, and his lips are so soft it's like the best feeling in the world. I kiss him back and I feel myself grinning as I turn away out of shyness. I am biting my lip trying to hold in my happiness. I am so nervous! Mike just kissed me!

"So um..." He says. I giggle, he sounds nervous too!

"Yeah, so um..." I say, turning around so I can grin at him and gaze into his gorgeous bright eyes. I'm so glad I met Mike.
