Chapter 3: ~unedited~
~Gwen's POV~
I continued watching him from outside the window.
"So you should stop hanging upside down and come it." I suggested. "It's cold in here. I want to shut the window."
He immediately complied, shooting a web onto the wall of my room and slinging in.
I gave him a glare.
"What?!?" He asked.
"Stop leaving webs on my wall. I hate spiders, and webs reminds me of spiders." I said.
"So you don't like me?" He asked. "What is this? Is this supposed to be a trap?" He started looking around for any signs of a trap.
I shook my head no. "There's a difference between you and the spiders. They're real, and you're not." Now he was giving me a glare. Not that I could tell, because he had a mask on and all, but yeah.
"And they're creepy and have eight legs and you don't. Plus, you're a superhero. I like you, I don't like the actual bugs is my point... I'll shut up now." I said.
"So you said something about getting my side of the story for the Daily Bugle?" He asked.
I nodded. "Well what do you want to know?" He asked.
"Well, first I think you should take you're mask off." I said. "You're voice
is kind of muffled."
He laughed. "Nice try."
"So on to the next question I guess..." I continued.
Suddenly I heard sirens out the window.
Immediately, Spiderman's head snapped toward the sound.
Oh great. He was going to leave, wasn't he.
My thoughts were quickly confirmed.
"Well, I'm going to have to talk to you later. Gotta go." He said, jumping out the window.
Dang it.

The next day at school was rough. All
I wanted was to get home so I could wait and see if Spiderman would come back. Listening to teachers was stupid.
I wish he would come back.
I walked down the hall towards my locker.
I bumped into someone beside me.
"Oops. Sorry." I said, chuckling nervously.
I looked up at the person. He had brown hair, and was wearing a green jacket. I had seen him around before.
I stuck my hand out towards him. "I'm Gwen." I said, smiling, and trying to make the situation less awkward.
"Peter." He replied, smiling. "Peter Parker."
"Well, nice to meet you Peter Parker, but I've got to get to class. See you around!" I said with a smile.
"Yeah. Yeah, me too." He answered. "I've got... Classes."
I smiled as he turned in the opposite direction. He reminded me of someone. Maybe one of my cousins. I have like 50... Who knows.
I swear I have the attention span of a bird.

After school, I rushed back to my house. Who knew if Spiderman would come back?
If he did, I definitely didn't want to miss him.
That would be awful and I would be very sad.
But now I was hungry so I had do go downstairs and eat. I tried to eat quick, just in case Spiderman came.
"What's the hurry?" My mom asked. "I thought you loved branzino?"
"I do... I just. Got to go... I have a lot of. Homework." I answered, wiping my face with a napkin and going back up the stairs.
I heard my mom sigh, and mutter, "What is wrong with that girl?"
I know the answer!
Nothing.
I'm amazing.
Just like Spiderman.
I opened my window again. This time, I had cleaned my room in advance. I patted myself on the back for that.
Hopefully he would come again.
But what if he didn't?
He said he would.
But what if he was lying?
Superheroes don't lie.
I continued to argue with myself for about 5 minutes.
Maybe my mom was right about me being weird.
