First date

I asked Victoria if she can accompany me in a council's meeting and she said yes.

But instead of a council meeting, I arranged a dinner cruise which I will surprise her of course so I told her to dress up nice.

8:00.-------------

I went to there house which was pretty big and I rang her doorbell which was opened by her father.

Prince, a pleasure to see you tonight. He said smiling at me.

The pleasure is all mine, Mr.Adams. I replied respectfully.

Well come on in and please make yourself at home. He said still smiling.

Thank you. I said gratefully.

Then I heard footsteps descending the stairs and I saw Victoria's beauty descend the stairs gracefully, she was so beautiful in her black one-strap dress with sequins on it and a black headband was on her curled up hair.

I stop up and made my way towards her, she made her way towards me and curtsied to me.

You don't need to do that you know? I told her honestly.

Well it is a sign of respect dear Prince. She said softly.

You look beautiful by the way. I said and she blushed, she was so cute.

You too, no. I mean you look handsome as well and well shall we? She started rambling but her nervousness quickly faded when I took her hand and entwined it with hers, we bid farewell to her parents and took off.

It was a silent drive, if it wasn't for the car music it would be an awkward silence.

So? Prince, I mean Will.. she said then she quiet down.

Victoria, are you alright? I asked her with concern in my voice.

It's just well um, Its nothing really. She seemed so distant to the topic.

Come on, Victoria. You can tell me I tried not to look at her face because she seemed lost in her own thoughts.

Fine, you have the same name as my crush. He's name is William Princeton and well if it wasn't for this engagement I would have been with him. She said in a sad tone.

My mouth formed an 'O' shape and I apologized because I didn't know what to say, I mean what do you say to a person who just blurted out that they like you if they don't know that you are the person that they like.

Victoria listen, I apologize if I am not part of your plan but that doesn't mean you can not learn to like me or even love me because of this arrangement. I said trying to keep my calmness in my voice.

Where are we? She tried to avoid the subject.

It's a change of plans. I said to her and she furrowed her eyebrows because she was really confused.

I drove in the pier and led her towards the table, waiters were practically swinging in and out but I was on a different world, a world in which she and I are just two people its like Dejavu because I remembered at the party I felt the same way.

Once we settled in, I asked her for a dance.

We took a sit and a bunch of waiters are pouring or giving us plates of foods and expensive wines.

Victoria, I am really sorry for how I acted out the party, I know that you might think of me as another arrogant jerk guy but just so you know, I will make that facade gone in order to reveal my true self. All I'm asking is for a chance to show you that I can be your future. I poured my heart out to her, in which she replied with a giggle.

Why are you giggling I asked her.

Well because you and Will are so much alike, it's like your him or something She said breezily.

So will you? give me a chance? I asked again hoping for a reply.

Yes, everyone deserves a chance right? She was more likely convincing herself than me.

In a couple of hours that I have spent with her, I learned so much from her, we laughed, we talked and kissed.... yes, kissed it happened on the rear end of the ship in which she sought put to view the perfect sky with a bunch of stars dazzling but there is one that is shining the most and it's her.

I looked at her and she looked at me, it happened so fast and we kissed.
