So school has been normal it is now May 14 Sunday my weekend where at Lunch I will go to central park with my friends and Lucas friends and also I will tell him about me seeing my dad today.
By the way my relationship with my dad has gone good I call him ever once a week to catch up on his life.
Which is amazing he lives in California, works as a computer fixer and in his free time he goes to the art museums there.
He says the paintings help him to see the world in a different way every day.
I told him about my art competition which is in weeks time and asked him if he was free to see it.
He told me he would have to check with the boss if it is ok he can skip a day of work for me and that he would let me know by today.
So I got up from my bed had breakfast did my homework then went to the old house to see if I could get any ideas as what to draw for my art painting for the competition
I went walking and when I reached there I went to the back of it I looked underneath the cracks and took something out of those cracks to see a picture of a girl in front of the Eiffel tower of Pairs smiling.
She seemed happy and thats when I thought this was the perfect picture to draw as a painting.

So I took the picture with me and went to my house to get changed so that I can meet Lucas, his friends and my friends.

Once I was ready I went out of the house and started to walk all the way to the train station in order to get to Central Park.
The train had just arrived so I went got my seat and ate my lunch while I was waiting for the train to arrive to Central park.
Once I was there I found my friends and Lucas and his friends sitting in a carpet all talking and laughing at each other.
I went over to them.
Maya:"Hi."
All:"Hi."
