Dreadful love- Jeff the killer love story

chapter 4

(Liu's p.o.v)

All Jeff wanted was to tell Randy about Jinx and Jane. He was just telling Randy what Jinx was doing with her. Now he's probably going to die in that hellhole that people call a hospital. Me and Jeff weren't good with hospitals. When we would be there, we felt like we were in an insane asylum.

There's no way Jeff won't go crazy and do what he did. What he did, is why we moved. He killed someone who was trying to help. She was a nice girl. She was Jeff's age. But, she didn't deserve what she got in return for helping him.

(Lacey's p.o.v)

I slowly fall asleep in the hospital chair next to Jeff. While I'm out, I begin to have this weird dream.

(Lacey's dream)

I was in a small room. The lights were off and the windows were closed. Suddenly, I hear a weird noise. When I look over, I see Jeff. But it wasnt the Jeff I knew. His skin was pure white and looked like leather. Jeff's hair was black and shoulder length instead of blonde and short. The scariest parts were his eyes, face, and blood covered white hoodie. His eyelids were burned off. A smile was carved into his face. Then, in one quick movement, Jeff was standing right next to me holding a knife to my neck. "Aw...poor Lacey. You have nowhere to go now. So...just...GO TO SLEEP!" Jeff says sliced my throat. Slowly, I bleed out, dead.

(end of dream)

I wake up in a different room. "Jeff!" I call. No answer. I leave the room. A nurse walks towards me. "Miss Jones! You're awake. I'm sorry, but mister Woods cannot make contact with others for a while. But I'll give you a call if he asks to see you," she says. I nod, and take out my phone. Serena had called 3 different times. I call her.

(conversation)

Serena: WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!?

Me: I'm at the hospital. I'll be home in a little bit, okay?

Serena: HURRY UP! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU TO COME HOME ALL NIGHT!

Me: Okay! God damn Serena. I'm almost home.

Serena: Good! When you get here, you're getting locked in the attic!

Me: Got it, Serena. See ya in a bit.

(end of conversation)

When I get home, Serena throws a fit. I ignore her and go into my room. 'Liu must be heart broken' I think. Liu wasn't answering my calls or my texts. So I gave up on trying.

FIVE WEEKS LATER:

Jeff has been in the hospital for 5 weeks now. Liu hasn't gone to school since Jeff warmth in the hospital. It started to make me worried. But something got it off my mind. Randy had moved. Jane didn't come to school today. And there was a new kid. "Lacey Jones, please come to the office," I hear. I walk down to the office, and meet my principal. "Miss Jones, I'm so sorry about your friends. And I really wish I could help. So by having you hang out with Miss Rover here, you can make a new friend," she says. I nod, and take the new kid out to the gym. That's where I usually hang out now. "So...what's your name?" I ask. The girl smiles and giggles. "I'm Alexia. Call me Alex," she says. I nod, and shake her hand. "Lacey. Lacey Jones," I tell her. I quit going by Emo Insanity a while ago. Me and Alex sat there just talking the whole rest of the day. After the day was over with, Alex walks home with me.

Once I'm home, I get a text from.......JEFF! It said "I miss u" just like that. So I text him back.

(conversation)

Me: I miss u so much!

Jeff: I'm out of the hospital. Wanna come over?

Me: I can't. I want to but I'm with a friend. She's new.

Jeff: ok. I'll swing by ur place 2 c u than.

Me: ok. I'll c u in a bit.

Jeff: C u.

(end of conversation)

After getting cleaned up to go get Alex from the skate park, I hear a rock hit my window. I open it, and look out. There, in my yard, I see a kid that looks a bit like Jeff. "Jeff!" I call. The kid looks up at me. It was Jeff. "Emo! Come down quick!" he yells. I run down the steps, and out the door to where Jeff was. "Jeff! Are you okay?" I ask, hugging him. He hugs back, then all of the sudden, kisses me. Uncontrollably, I kiss back. But I pull away, knowing that this wasn't the Jeff I knew. "Jeff...what happened to you?" I ask, a little scared. Jeff takes a step closer and grabs me by the hair. "Lacey, there's nothing to be acared of," he darkly laughs. I kick him, and pull his hood down. Than I notice something. He looked exactly like how I saw him in my dream. Jeff gets up, and pulls me close. Suddenly, something in his pocket burns my arm. I begin to cry. I push Jeff away and he runs towards the forest.

I begin to run towards the skate park to make sure Alex was okay. I spot her and grab her arm. "Lacey, what's wrong?" she asks. Out of breath, I hug her. "Jeff....he was...a new kid a fee weeks...ago. He was burned. He's not sane anymore!" I cry. Alex pulls me into a huge hug. "Did he try to kill you? what did he look like?" Alex freaks. Slowly, I fall to my knees. "I...I was burned by...by something in his pocket!" I whisper. Alex pulls me to my feet. "Lacey, listen! Who is he?" she says. I explain to her the whole thing. We walk to my house, and stay there. That night, I tried to kill myself. Using the pure silver necklace that Serena was given, I wrap my neck with it. The silver burned so much, I screamed. Serena runs in, and pulls it off me. We sit there for hours waiting for the pain to go away. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- So...Lacey has a new friend.
