El and Hopper were moving away to Maine. ( MWAHAHA YOU CANT STOP ME ) Although El wanted so badly to stay with Mike and the others , she had no choice. It was just so that she'd learn more about the world since she's not so safe at Hawkins.

" Hey El....you left some stuff at my house. " Mike said sort of tearing up.

" Thanks Mike. I'll miss you. "
" I'll miss you too. "

But Mike took one of his walkie talkies.
" wait....here. use it to talk to me. While you're gone maybe we can communicate with this. ".
Mike said handing it to El.
" just keep me updated. With everything that happens. If you're not safe tell me. I'm here for you okay? Just be sure to talk to me. I can't lose you again. Do you promise? "
" Promise. "

Hopper and El were about to leave. But before that they had a small reunion with Joyce , Will , Mike and the others.

" We'll miss you all. We'll come back soon. "
Hopper said.

" Be sure to get your a$$ back here as soon as possible! Hawkins needs you! " Joyce said jokingly.

Hopper hugged everyone.
" Thanks for keeping her company , kid. I promise to keep her safe. "
Hopper told Mike.
" You'd better. " Mike said sniffling.

El went to Mike and hugged him tight.
" I'll miss everyone. But I'll miss you the most. " El told Mike. Her eyes turned teary.
" Me too El. Just remember what I told you okay? I'm here for you no matter what. I'll be by your side. Friends Don't Lie. "
Mike said , he was already crying.

Hopper and El rode the truck.
They waved everyone goodbye.
