Dear Journal,
Today I was playing a game in my room with my toys that I got for my 8th birthday! I was pretending to have superpowers and to be able to shoot fire from my hands but when I tried to do it, fire and water came from both my hands! When I looked at my hands, a scary man came into my mind and he told me to not use the powers again. I told Mommy and Daddy after it happened but they didn't believe me and told me I had a big imagination. They think it's because my writing is so good that it gives me these ideas. I didn't show them the powers 'cause the man told me not to use them again. I guess they will just never really believe me. Oh well.
