Chance holds his hands over my eyes as he guides me to the "secret" spot we were going to.
"Are we almost there!?" I quizzed. I was so afraid I was going to run into something while we were walking.

"Keep going." Chance laughed, as he was slowly walking behind me, his hands still resting over my eyes.

"You know i'm going to fall in these heels, just watch." I say, laughing. It was no joke, i was wobbling all over the place.

"You don't need them now, take them off." Chance ordered.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"Just do it. I don't want you peeking yet." Chance says. I silently take my heels off and hold them in my left hand.

"Now what?" I ask again, I was so confused.

"Now take another step." Chance says, smiling.
I step forward to a whole new feeling on my feet. Sand covered my toes, and i gasped at the feeling. Chance starts pushing me forward, telling me to keep going, so i start walking again. We are definitely at the beach. I can hear the waves from here.

We keep walking until Chance stops. Were we here? Butterflies flew around in my stomach.

"Open." Chance says as he takes his hands off of my face.

I gasp and cover my mouth with my hands. A picnic was laid out below us, a few lit candles balanced in the sand, the faintest sound of "Put Your Head On My Shoulder" plays in the background. The waves crashing in front of us. I look up at out at the ocean, the sun was barely setting

"This is so beautiful!" I say, and turn back to Chance. His eyes glistened, hair softly blowing in the wind, his smile was as warm as a glowing sun. I can't believe this is my boyfriend. This is like a dream. It is a dream.. actually. A dream come true. I wrap my arms around him, embracing him.

Chance's POV
We hugged for a second, before we lock eyes. Soft lips gently brushed against mine. I tasted her cherry lipbalm in my mouth and inhaled her sweet scent. She pulled away first and we look each other again.

"Thank you Chance." Jasmine whispers into my ear. I smile, and we sit down to eat.

I pull out sandwiches, chips and some red wine. I know, I know. Nothing special.
I pour her a glass, and we sit and watch the sunset. We ate our food quietly, enjoying the moment.

"Wanna go for a swim?" I ask, breaking the silence.

"I'm not wearing a swimsuit genius." She teased, taking another bite of her sandwich. I smirk and pull out a brand new white bikini from my bag.

"Hope it fits." I smile and toss her the swimsuit.

"Chance!! You shouldn't have!" Jasmine gasps.

"But I did." I say, tossing a few potato chips into my mouth. She stood up, and put her hair into a bun.

"I'll be right back." Jasmine informs me. She sprints to the bathroom and i turn back to watch the sun slowly dip into the ocean.

Jasmine returns wearing the new bathing suit, adjusting it from time to time. I stood up and took of my shirt and jeans. I came prepared, with shorts underneath my pants.

"Ready?" I question.

"Race ya!" She shouts as she starts running as fast as she can to the water. I scream as i trail behind her.

"AHAAAAA!!" She yells pointing at me, she made it to the water before me. I roll my eyes and splash her in the face.

"AHAA!" I mimick, still trying to catch my breath. We hang out in the water for about an hour before we decide we should probably get going.

We return to the picnic, and start packing up our things.

"Tonight was so wonderful... Chance." Jasmine exclaims, as she folds up the blanket.

"I'm glad you liked it. I'm afraid i'm going to miss you so much." I frown.

"I'm going to miss you too. Once you get settled in somewhere, you know i will visit you. And i'm expecting a few visits from you too." she assured me.

"Im flying out to NYC the next chance I get." I say as we finish packing up.

"Sounds lovely." she chirps as we start making our way back to the car. We walked side by side, her hand clasped with mine.
